    So it seems like everybody who makes gains says that after there jelqing session there dick is more full and more plump than normal for most the day. I have yet to have this happen. I have tried doing from as little as 50 jelqs to up to 200 jelqs, but I see no change in my dick. I have been PEing for almost three months now with nothing to show. I am starting to experiment with new things since the JP's newbie routine hasn't been so promising for me as it has with others. Anybody else in the same boat? I'm not sure if I am overtrainging or undertraining. I haven't seen any definite negative PI's, nor have I seen positive ones...only nuetral. I'm stuck.

    What's the rest of your routine like and what erection level are you jelqing with?

    How long you remain plump varies from man to man, but you should be more plump after a PE session than you would be normally.
    Start (1st October 2009): 6.25" BPEL, 4.4" EG

    Current (1st April 2010): 7.05" BPEL, 4.72" EG

    Ultimate Goal: 7.75" BPEL, 5.50" EG

      My first month I was jelqing around 60% to 80% following stretches in every direction while doing 30 kegels with the circle stretches in between. Also few V-jelqs in the beginning as they were giving me erections pretty quickly, I'd say I would do from 20 to 50. These last few weeks I have been doing lower percentage jelqs, maybe 30 to 40 percent as many people claim this helps with length more (which is my first goal) and have been stretching whenever i get the chance (peeing) and doing bed fowfers most nights for maybe around 30 min. From what i've read the stretching shouldn't make me any more plump though, in fact it usually leads to turtling which I avoid as much as i can by traction wrapping with an ace adhesive bandgage. This is what I have changed up since I wasn't seeing any changes. Well I have seen one definite noticeable change and that is that I have more foreskin now, i can almost make myself look uncut now, and this one definitely not one of my goals...I began hanging a little over the last 2 weeks aswell. Only getting about 2 hours of hangtime last week and about 3 this week. Light weight, only 3 pounds. My first month I kept to the 2 on 1 off schedule, but since then it's been inconsistent as I go to school full time and work full time, but I still PE around 5 days a week. The plumpiness lasts only a few minutes after my jelq sessions and sometimes turtles which is why I began traction wrapping.

        I am not plump for the entire rest of the day after I PE. I doubt anybody is. Just for an hour or so after my PE session my flacid hang looks fatter than usual.

          If I have a good session my member stays plump for at least 5 or 6 hrs. Jelqing doesn't do a whole lot of plumping for me either. It's the ok grip base shaft squeeze with kagels incorporated that really plumps it for me. I forget what that exercise is called. I would say you need to do some of those base shaft squeezes toward the end of your workout. Be the muscle and it will tell you what it needs to grow.
          Start 12/20/09 BPEL 6.5in. EG mid-shaft 5.5in
          As of 03/15/10 BPEL 7.1in. EG mid-shaft 6.0in
          Next goal BPEL 7.5in. EG mid-shaft 6.2in

            Funny thing is I have been trying to be the muscle and that seemed like exactly what it was telling me haha. Just yesterday I started doing that where I squeeze the base and kegel. Justin how long do you squeeze/how many kegels? And how many reps? Then I can adjust that to the way my member reacts.
