Welcome to the gym "TooMuchInternet", here's a good place to -> start. Spend some time reading first, getting familiar with things (exercises, the forum, etc) and then start with a basic beginners routine. Don't be afraid to ask questions.

      Good Luck

Starting a routine: Many people start with the JP-90 day routine. When you begin, it is important that you do so with less time/intensity than the routine states, and then slowly build up to it. Do lots of reading, and be safe!
Well-endowed is a state of mind.

Be safe, above all. Useful exercises can be found all over the site. The Start Here thread should have a lot of what you need. Dieting: The JP90 program, I believe, has some supplements you can take if you want. Otherwise just a generally healthy diet. Also, if you drink excessively or smoke, you should try to stop. Also, 3/4 of an inch in 3 months might be a long shot. That may happen, but probably will not. This is a long term thing. Usually, gaining an inch in a year is considered to be pretty fast.
