I posted this question in my thread called "chakra's questions" but no reponse so I am wondering if my new post updated or not so I deleted it.
Anyways, a while ago I found some exercise where you squeeze under the glands and squeeze at the base while doing a kegel. I read that this is good for girth? I would like to get some more information about this specific exercise so I am asking if anyone knows the name of it. I also found another exercise different from this...it is focused on stretching while holding under the testicles and stretching from there, aswell as from the top. I am worried that if I squeeze from base..over time maybe there will be an indentation...so if anyone knows what I am talking about...my second question is...can i incorporate the holding under the testicles and squeeze from there? Not squeezing the testicles, but squeezing the base from practically as low as you can go. I hope this isn't too confusing >.< thank you for your help!
