    Hey there, about 1 month age I joined this forum because of a mental breakdown haha after I measured my penis for the firs time ever.... I started JP90 (and only did it like 7 or 8 times during the month, very inconsistent) And I measured today and went from 6.6x4.5 to 6.75x4.5! Not bad, it seems like gaining length is very possible through PE! The problem is I am only here for girth. Im not interested in some wild 10 inch tree trunk dick, I just want a "average length and average girth"
    Goal= 7x4.75
    Goal for a perfect penis, 7.25x5

    -So I have 2 months left of JP90, do you guys think I will make it to 7x4.75(which was the goal I set for the first 3 months)??
    -Do you think I can make it to 7.25x5 By the end of this year(about 5 months left)
    Any recommendations on if I should add exercises now, or wait until I finish JP90, and which exercises they should be. I have heard of hand clamping, ulis, horse squeezes, and tunica tugs.
    -Also, I seem to have high blood pressure whenever I use caffeine, also i get a fast heart rate whenever i get slightly nervous, and sometimes i feel short breath when sprinting, is it some circulation or heart problem, any supplement you guys recommend? I have heard of L argine but heard it can lead a hidden herpes virus to surface( I am scared because I have kissed like 200 girls, but never had a cold sore, I think maybe my body is just good at suppressing it, and if i take l argine, it will start showing up)

      I don't know if you'll make your goal in time, but as long as you are dedicated, and exercising correctly, you should see gains. And gains, no matter how big, are better than no gains. I would suggest you continue the conditioning before adding in new exercises. When you do add them in, take it easy, build up to the full intensity. You don't want to overtrain and injure yourself, and then not be able to PE for a while. As far as supplements go, I can't help much. Although I can say the L-arginine in my post-workout shake has noticeably increased my EQ (and I didn't think it could get much better than it was, lol).

        The herpes you get from kissing is typically the HSV-1 virus and presents as cold sores on the lips. Even if you do get one, Zovirax works pretty well. I've had HSV-1 for 15 years and cold sores only a handful of times in the first 2-3 years. HSV-2, the herpes you get on your genitals, is worse, and again it's possible to carry the virus without symptoms. I've also got HSV-2 FWIW...

        Not sure if L-Arginine will encourage an outbreak of a previously repressed condition but what I will say, is if you're a carrier then better to know about it so you can manage it; it's not that bad, and I think the direct skin trauma from PE work contributes more to herpes outbreaks than dietary supplements
