Hey so I'm on my 5th week of jelqing (2nd day today of 3 today). I just started to incorporate the JP90 stretches and some V jelqs into my routine.
On Thursday I had some issues getting to the proper erection level to jelq. I could only maintain around a 50 or 60% erection. Today, I had the same issue, however worse. I could only get to about 50% erection before I had to stop because I simply couldn't get hard enough to maintain a correct jelq.
I haven't issues with getting fully hard throughout the past few days.
Have I overworked my penis? If so, how long should I wait to restart?
