I've put this program together from reading the forum. I only want to increase girth (if possible).
How does this program sound, any suggestions?

    EL: 7"
    EG: 5,5"

    First two-weeks-program: (3 times a week)

Warm up, hot soak 10 mins. (semi-erect penis)
100 jelqs (jiggle penis up and down 50 times afterwards)
    Warm shower (10 mins)
20 5-second hold super kegels (towel on the end of erect penis)

    Thanks in advance,
    D

I would start off with fewer jelqs to make sure that I am using the correct amount of pressure on the jelq, and to basically give my body time to adjust to the new routine. The last thing you want to do is start a new routine, get a little bit ahead of yourself and cause an injury.

I sill think the JP90 is a good way to start.
Start 08/15/15 (measurements using bathmate measuring device)
    BPEL: 5.75"
    EG: 5.5"

    10/15/18
    BPEL: 6.9"
    BEG: 6.5"
    MEG: 6.25"

Okay, I'm going with the JP90 beginners routine. How do you fit in kegels in the workout routine? I've found them very helpful in the past, I have a tendency to reach orgasm after 2-3 minutes. Kegels have helped me to last longer and have a stronger erection.

I believe the thread on the JP90 program deals with balancing our your pelvic floor muscles
