    Cementing gains is to permanently keep what you gained. If you gain an inch then stop, you will lose some. Cementing means after you reach your goal you still fo PE to keep them. Once you get there you can worry about a routine. Get at least a year in before you worry. And asking so many questions and start tugging and pulling. And bang some hot women in the meantime.
    Start 3.16.15 - 7bpel, 6bpel, 5meg

    Current 1.19.16 - 7.85bpel, 6.6nbpel, 5.3meg

    Goal 1.19.17 - 8.5bpel, 7.5nbpel, 5.75meg
