  • 5 mins non stop stretching with low-moderate force is too much?

    Hey guys,

    I was wondering if 10 min of stretching ( 3-4 times per week) divided into two sets of 5 minutes non stop was too much? Please mind i am using low to moderate force when stretching and so far i havent see negatives Pi's. I was just wondering what was you people opinion.

    Btw here's my routine

    5-10 min warmup

    5 min non stop stretching outwards
    5 min non stop stretching behind the legs
    10 min jelqing

    5-10 min warmdown

    I am pretty sure it's not too much, as long as forces are not too big. Extenders are based on that principle and people use it for many hours daily. In fact, I think you should increase the times, for better results. Try doing the stretching part of JP 90, if you don't want the full JP 90. I started doing it a week or so ago and it takes me about half hour with warm up and down.
    Initial stats:
    BPEL: 6.7
    EG 5.3
    BPSFL 6.7

    04.11.2015.
    BPEL: 7.1
    ​BPSFL: 7.3

    End of the year goal:
    BPEL 7.3; EG 5.6

    Final goal:
    BPEL 8.2; EG 6
