    I measured my penis:

    Length: 5.5 inch
    Girth: 5.3 inch

    When I checked the forums, many beginner's girth is below 5 inch and length is around 6 inch! I want to gain length. I need help which exercise should I do for gaining length. I am currently following JP90 days routine. Do you guys think my girth is too thick for 5.5 inch length?

    If you want more length do your jelqs around 55% erection level.

      Plenty of stretching also! I found it great to get length gains. Down the line after being well conditioned you could incorporate hanging but I would wait until JP90s is done at the very least

            Both.

            Low erection (30%-50% erect) jelqs targets length. High erections (60% - 80% erect) and v-jelqs targets girth.

              Jelqs are dangerous I injured myself, I'd suggest starting a low tension extender and increasing slightly per week, Jelqing if injured will hurt like hell

                  I just started PE. I am jelqing and doing good. I am not sure of the term JP90 that you spoke of. Can you explain. I have read all of the terms, etc.

                    JP90 refers to the (somewhat advanced) beginner routine. I suggest you take a look at the "Start Here" link at the top left. There are many useful threads, including a list of various routines.

                      for length I would definitely recommend hanging.. most comfortable hanger is the vacum LGhanger..

                      And by the way your girth is fine.. is in proportion.. I started with around 6in girth and 6inches lentgh..

                          Hey, I'm at the same situation here. My penis has 5,1 length and 5,59 girth. I'm ok with the girth for now, but I want at least 6,2 lenght. Do you guys think it's possible with the JP90?

                            Seriously? Jelqs are not dangerous. Just don't rip your dick off. Start slow, and keep increasing until you know where you are at. Advice that jelqing is dangerous is very poor advice. I've never had an injury from PE. Just stop pulling on your dick so hard.

                            Jelqing is easily the best overall exercise for length and girth.
                            Start 3.16.15 - 7bpel, 6bpel, 5meg

                            Current 1.19.16 - 7.85bpel, 6.6nbpel, 5.3meg

                            Goal 1.19.17 - 8.5bpel, 7.5nbpel, 5.75meg

                              I would not recommend hanging for a beginner. I certainly wouldn't suggest it if your goal is just north of 6 inches and your current length is 5.5. JP90 or jelping done properly is more than adequate to achieve such a modest goal.

                              I gained my first year just by doing JP90 for the first 90 days. Then added Bathmath to the routine. A simple routine that any beginner can do consistantly and make modest gains. Hanging is not something a beginner should be doing.
