Hey everyone,
So, I took a week off Jelqing for the holidays. I decided to start up again today (I only jelqed 5-6 times prior to today).
When I started doing the stretches and helicopter shakes, I was getting erect pretty easily.
However, when I did Kegels + stretching, it felt a bit uncomfortable and I could feel the "tug" back each time I Kegel'ed. It seemed like it was draining blood from my penis. Also, I think it irritated my hemorrhoids..or perhaps they were just flared up before I started doing kegels.
Regardless, when I was ready to jelq, I couldn't get any level of erection. It was pretty much a fat/stretched flaccid. I tried to do Jelqs and stretch it at the same time, but I don't know effective it was. There wasn't much to grab onto, and it was fairly soft and stretchy.
Is it okay to do jelqs when you're flaccid?
Edit: I realize I forgot to do rotation stretches...
