  • 6 minute workout

    I am a beginner, and I am ready to start some exercises. I have researched some work out plans that are 6 minutes and some that are 20 or 30. Is a consistent 6-10 minutes everyday enough time to see gains?

    Hi Hunter04200! Have you seen the threads linked from the "Start Here" button on the upper left of the page? One of them discusses Physiological Indicators or PI's, which are how we know if we are working too much/intensely (i.e. negative PI) or if we are doing a routine that is showing good signs (positive PIs).

    The best way to start is with a gentle beginner routine for 90 days. After that conditioning, you will be in a better position to judge if a 6-10min daily routine (that you test for 4 weeks) leads to negative, positive, or no PIs at all for your unique body.

      I've alwasy done a short routine. Never edged and I don't do much in the way of warm up or warm down. Bigger dick just isn't that important to me but it worked. Makes me think less is more in the case of PE. Could be wrong but you don't know till you try something out.

        Wiltard makes a good point. I also seem to have better success with a shorter, easier routine. When I first started and was in my hardcore, long session mode I ended up with a sore dick and no real improvement. After I settled down and backed off a bit, and concentrated on keeping my PI's up (especially eq) I started gaining and had a nice plump flaccid hang most of the time instead of the shriveled up turtling the hardcore sessions would bring. Trick is to find that sweet spot.

          Start with less. Its easier to increase and you will learn your dicks limits. I also started out hardcore with 40 min sessions. Now I do 15min in the shower during the day and hanging or erect bends in the evening. Sometimes I don't do any evening work. My workout completely depends on EQ. If I cant get good hard ons I back off. If morning wood is rock, Im usually good for a longer routine.

          Current 1.19.16 - 7.85bpel, 6.6nbpel, 5.3meg

          Goal 1.19.17 - 8.5bpel, 7.5nbpel, 5.75meg

            The raw enlargement exercises in the beginning might take 6 minutes or less, but you also have to factor in the warm ups, warm downs, stamina work, and pre- and post training prep.

              Wow... Really happy with everyone respone... Thanks for chipping in.

              I am 6 1/4 inches hard right now... I would love to see some gains but I am actually really lucky that my GF likes to have a lot of sex. I am going to be very cautious as I start these exercises.

              I plan to keep them to shower only. If I do PE in the morning can I still have sex at night?
