  • How I PE. 3 Years of Knowledge..

    I hope this will help many of you because PE does work if you stick to it. Below I will outline my theories and strategies that worked for me. Rather than write snipits over and over in beginners posts I have compiled everything here.

    TIP 1) PE For Life.
    PE is a way of life. You need to learn to love it. Personally, I like PE and it's become just something that I do most days. There's no doubt that many years from now when they find me lying dead on my kitchen floor they will note that I had a 3 lb weight strapped to my wiener.

    TIP 2 ) Find ways to make it convenient
    . When I did JP 90 I believed I had to commit to "workouts".. To be honest, I am a lazy person and I always look for a more efficient way of doing things. I definitely think men should commit completing JP90 as suggested, but after that find ways to work it into our life so it's more convenient.
    For instance. You can stretch your ligs by doing fowfers while you sleep or watch TV. You can do stretches in the shower. You can hang a 5 lb weight over your chair while returning emails at your desk.. You can extend while playing video games. You can wear an ADS while doing your chores. You can take a nice bath while using a bathmate.

    My Gains.
    You will ask "What makes you the expert? I'm not an expert. I have read A LOT and experimented A LOT! I've tried many techniques and tools and found what works for me.
    I don't measure very often and I haven't updated my stats in quite a while.. I really don't care anymore. I have had pretty significant gains and I am happy with that. I'm guessing that I have gained around 1.25 inches BPFSL in three years. Next time i measure I'll update my Signature.

    Tip 3. Measuring and keeping a record.
    I found that the best way to measure is BPFSL, It just seems the most consistent to me. The only real variable is your body fat percentage which probably doesn't change a whole lot.

    Using a ruler or tape measure was awkward for me. I found that the best way for me to measure was to use a flat stick ( I use a shim and a paint stir from Home Depot would also work awesome. )

    I press the stick into my pubic bone with a fair amount of pressure and stretch with a good amount of force. Then I use a sharpee marker to notate how far I can stretch. Then I record the date off to the side of the mark.

    This works great because now I have a record of my journey. I still have the same shim I began with and it's amazing to see how much further I can stretch now. If I want to know the actual length I just use a measuring tape to measure from the base of the stick to my most recent mark.

    Every 3-4 months I pull out my stick and if I can stretch further I make a new mark. If I can't then I just keep on PEing. Eventually I pick up another 1/8th of an inch.

    Starting PE
    If you want to be taken seriously and if you want help and advice on this forum just do the JP90 and do it as described. Measure before you begin JP 90 and measure at the end.. that's it. Right now you are just conditioning and learning and making a habit of PE. Don't expect to look down at the end of 90 days and see the penis of your dreams.

    Read and participate. During JP90 commit to also reading this forum for at least 15 minutes per day. You will learn a lot and also find support and friendships.


    Onto the good stuff.

    As I said I am lazy. I want exercises I can do while doing other things to keep my mind busy. Here is what I do and it's still working.

    Warming up

    I generally don't do it unless I am really cold, but I think it's a great idea. I find that workouts are better when I am already warm from a shower or from exercise. If I'm really cold and my dick looks like a stack of dimes I'll put a rice sock on for 10 minutes.. (Edit) I am using heat for most workouts now.

    A note on electric warmup devices. Realize that you are exposing your nuts to potentially harmful EMFs. It could affect your sperm count.

    Cool Down
    For cool down I like to do fowfers.. this keeps the penis warm and also keeps it extended for a period of time. I'll fowfer for as long as 30 minutes afterar hanging.

    Manual stretches while watching TV almost every evening. I don't pay much attention to what I 'm doing. I just stretch my dick. Whether it's up three time and down three times doesn't really matter. I give te penis a moderate - sort of hard pull. Around 50-60% of my strength. Not too hard though.

    Shower time. I always do some stretches in the shower and maybe a few jelqs here and there. Maybe I fowfer while shaving.

    Speaking of jelqs.. Jelqs may be good for girth and an ok exercise for EQ and to some small extent for length, but I feel they are way over emphasized. You will not be tripping over your penis any time this century if you focus primarily on jelqs. They're just one of many tools and methods.

    Pumping. I have a cheapie pump and I like it. If I feel like adding some plumpness for the day I can do that. I rarely pump but I think it's a great tool to add fullness. If you have never pumped I recommend it. If even for a few hours you will have the penis you always wanted. Long term I have to believe that it does in fact add size.

    You know I am lazy, but also am frugal. If I could justify it I would buy a bathmate and give that a try. I think it would make a great warmup or after-workout tool to increase blood flow for recovery.

    Hanging. The real deal.

    I fully believe that hanging is the holy grail to penis growth. It's my number one exercise and responsible for probably 80% of my gains.

    You can stretch for maybe 3 minutes before your hand gets tired then you take a break then 3 more minutes etc or you can just strap a weight on there and hang for hours while doing something wayyy more interesting.
    (Note: It's good to do some manual stretches first. then hang after.)

    I believe it's best to use the minimum weight necessary to achieve gains. You want a good strong stretch, not a tug of war. You want to gently coax the penis to grow, not it off. I believe that when we pull on the body too hard it begins to pull back. If you are turtling after hanging then you may be hanging too heavy.

    I believe that for beginners it's important to see gains rather quickly to keep them interested. I say you should target the suspensory ligaments at the base of the pubic bone for a relatively quick gain. For this I recommend hanging BTC accompanied with fowfers after your workout to lock in the stretch.

    I also believe that it's better to hang light weight (3-5 lbs) for long periods of time
    rather than 15-20 pounds for a short period of time. If you're making weightlifter faces when you hang and need to do lamaze-pregnancy breathing exercises then it's too much weight.

    I hang 4 pounds using an esl 40 for an hour or two per day while sitting at my desk and doing chores. It fits under your jeaans and gives a really comfortable tug. It's also easy to put on and take off so you can pee. ESL costs around $30 and I love it. Just a great tool for ADS or light hanging. If it tends to slip off then just use some medical tape to secure the top.

    For slightly heavier hanging or different forms of hanging I use the LG hanger. LG is hands down the best tool I have used. It never slips off. You can use it for hanging or manual stretches or bundles or even LAS.
    Over the last two days I used the LG with 7.5 pounds for 2 hours each day while playing games. I just slap on the LG and toss the weight over the side of the chair or over my shoulder.

    You can also do swings with the LG Hanger where you swing the weight in circles. This targets the entire penis. I love this. Really works the ligs.

    I have a Bib Starter. I hate it. I love Bib, but I was never able to get it to sit correctly. The LG is newer technology and is way for functional.

    Captains Wench.. Meh, it's ok for starting out. It's kind of a fun project. If you want to experiment with hanging I say it's worth putting one together for around $20. There are a few good tutorials available online.

    ADS. All Day Stretching. I like the idea of this a lot. Constant pressure for long periods of time. The way I use the ESL is pretty much like an ADS.

    Other exercises I like.

    Extending. I have an extender. I pretty much hate it. I occasionally use it.It's just cumbersome and uncomfortable. It does give a good stretch. I bought a cheapie from ebay and modified it with the velcro strap. Some people get good results from extenders. Maybe check out a vacuum extender. That seems like the best option to me.

    I do these for around 30 minutes per day while watching TV or a movie. I don't pay much attention to what I am doing. I just have my dick in my hand whenever I am lounging.
    Manual stretches
    Squeezes
    Fowfers
    Bends
    LAS
    Bundled stretches.

    I don't Kegel on a regular basis. I don't find it necessary except for forcing blood into a squeeze, clamp or jelq.

    Rest
    In the beginning you will be too eager. You will likely over train. Try not to. Less is more.
    You will ikely notice that gains come when you're really not paying much attention. You're stretching here and there and hanging or extending when you can and BAM! You grew .25 inches.

    Pills an supplements.

    I don't think any of them do anything.

    Diet and exercise.
    Always take good care of yourself. Start an exercise program to coincide with PE. Clean up your diet and get quality sleep. This will all aid in your self esteem and growth.

    Visualization

    Visiualize your penis being much larger and heavier and see it growing in your mind. I am experimenting with this. I recently read an article that people who just imagined themselves exercising actually gained muscle.

    In summary:

    I really believe that it is light-moderate hanging that has done the most for my gains. Do the JP90, but then get onto hanging for length and advanced exercises for girth. The who, what, when, where and why aren't that important so don't get tooooo hung up on form. If you are moderately forcing your penis beyond its normal limits for an extended period of time and consistently then it will grow.

    Update:

    I've set a goal of 1/2 inch in length for 2016

    I have been reading more and using warm ups and warm downs as well as heat at night to aid in recovery and blood flow. It can't hurt.

    I've also added Firegoat Rolls after workouts and throughout the day to aid in blood flow.
