  • What's best for just length gains?

    I started JP90 last year, did it for 1 1/2 month and gained 0.3 inch girth. Then I ended up overworking my dick and couldn't get it up for 2-3 weeks.

    Started again a couple months later and did it for 2 months consistently, only to find out after finally measuring after those 2 months that I gained nothing. It caused me to give up on it, and I stopped doing it.

    I'd like to start again, and I was wondering if you could point me out to threads that will help me with just length gains. Before I quit, I remember reading something about how stretching helps the most with length gains?


    tldr; What is the best thing to do for length gains? Do I continue with JP90, or another routine?

      I have not done enough different exercises to claim one is the best but I can tell you what work's for me. I started with an ADS and added hanging. Good length gains, little MEG gains, and good BEG gains.
      Starting: BPEL 5.0" MEG 4.75"
      Current: BPEL 6.438" MEG 4.94"
      Goal: BPEL 7.0" MEG 5.5"

        If you have the time hanging would be the best..if you don't have the time, buy a penimaster pro..gives a killer stretch and really comfortable and discreet..more comfortable and discreet then the PF and better built..

          The JP90 routine is a great beginner routine; however, like any exercise routine, there could be several factors as to why you didn't see gains. There are 4 primary factors that go into whether any body modification routine (penis enlargement, weight loss, muscle building, etc.) is successful:

          Consistency -- Duration -- Intensity -- Reps

          These are all questions you should ask yourself, when reviewing your last attempt: Were you really doing the JP90 routine consistently? Did you have days when you didn't exercise that you should have? Were you exercising for the correct duration and the correct number of reps? Were these of sufficient intensity to create the microtears needed to facilitate growth?

          Manual routines aren't for everyone. Some people don't have the time or inclination to really put the work in to see results. That's OK! If not, an extender is always a great option if you're looking for increased length! The Phallosan Forte is awesome, because it's comfortable and discreet enough for you to wear for hours, under most clothing.

          As far as hanging goes - that is more of an advanced exercise. I would strongly recommend you getting time in with either manual exercises or an extender, before trying hanging.

              The best thing you can do to achieve length gains is to be patient. You said that you quit after 1 1/2 months the first time and 2 months the second time. That amount of time is just a drop in the bucket when it comes to PE. If you start back up with the JP90 focus more on stretching and do your jelqing at lower erection levels. If you would like to invest in devices, the guys above have given you some great advice.

                I was doing the JP90 routine very consistently, didn't skip a day and even added an extra 30 v-jelq's because my dick didn't get tired. I can't buy any extenders or try hanging until summer since I'm in college and live with my parents.

                I was hoping to get a good length guide on manual exercises first, before transitioning into the advanced stuff. :/

                  As mentioned above, whatever you do, do it more than 60 days. Do the jp 90 for a solid 90 days and then ask for advice on incorporating a new exercise or two.

                  90 days, do that and then ask because the best way to gain length is to work on length for a lengthy period of time.

                    Wrap after your routine, or length-work. I used to do this when I was younger and first discovered PE.

                      Everyone is different but your choices are manual stretching, hanging or extending. The main thing is consistency, don't hang if you can't be otherwise it'll probably hurt your long term goal than help. I've hung through vacations, work conferences and surgery. You make it a must then you will hit your goal. I mainly hang and use the phalosan - gained 1inch bpel and .5inch mid girth in 8months.

                      Since you you don't have time to hang do manual stretching every time you hit the head and use phalosan/penis pro all day.
