  • Starting JP's 90 day routine

    Ok.After much thought and deliberation,I have decided to start JP's 90 day program starting this week.It was actually my New Year Resolution but things didnt quite work out last month.Even now I'm finding it difficult to adjust PE into my busy schedule.
    Cuz my job starts at 18:30 and ends at 3:30.It takes bout a hour and a half to get back home after which I wait for a while and then head to the gym at 6am.I work out for 2 hours.Then I get back,have my breakfast and at around 9:30 I doze off.I wake up around 3pm,have lunch and then I'm off to work again.
    So my question is where should I ideally be adjusting my PE routine?Before or after my workout?
    Please help me out on this one guys.

    One more thing.I've tried jelqing before and everytime I try it I get a lot of pre-cum fluid.Is this normal?
    Also I'm not sure if I'm using the correct technique while jelqing.Will post a video soon.
    I havent measured my tool lately so that too will be posted soon

      Jelq after stretching,

      However,...I am trying a routine that only uses stretching.

      I like pumping and only jelq when I pump, and though I want to do this every session, sometimes it just works out that my dingdong is warm after a shower and I stretch then, but I won't jelq because it will make my foreskin restoration device (my DualTensionRestorer;DTR) fall off, so I am just trying this, and I think its good, but I only see gains involving EQ, so who knows.

      Depends on what you want; if its length, the guys here say that the stretches are THE MOST IMPORTANT.

        Ok.Guys.This is unbelievable!! []
        I'm just a week into the routine viz. I tried it on Tue and Thu last week and I'm already seeing gains.Not length or girthwise but in terms of Erections and now whenever I get aroused its no more Mr-Soft-Willie! I can easily say its grown stronger by bout 30-35%. It feels fuller now everytime I grip it.And even its flaccid state has improved.
        So,all in all it wont be hard to say that PE really works! Just a lil determination,patience and motivation;thats it!!

        @calixto- FYI, my penis is uncircumcised. And its really difficult to jelq an uncircumcised penis.


        P.S- The only pain in d @$s now is to integrate PE into my schedule!

          Update # 2 :
          I did my PE routine yesterday. And tested today by jerking off. My load volume too has increased though it doesnt shoot that far (Kegeling would help I think)
          One thing I wanted to ask is if I jerk off or have sex the next day when I've exercised my Penis,will it have an effect on my gains?

          Update # 3:
          My BPEL stands at 6" and NBPEL stands at 5"
          EG is just a shade short of 5".
          So thats pretty much average Joe. Will measure it again exactly after 3 months.

          BTW, I've set my goal at 7x5.5

            great goal to have! keep it up, PE works if you set your mind to it and do the right exercises
            I am a FIRM believer in Penis Exercises and Natural Penis Enlargement. Slow and Steady wins this race.

              PE recent gains have been titanium steel, enormous BONERS.

              You're right, to become more of a shooter, KEGEL your heart out. But provide rest days too!!!

              My titanium steel boner actually hurt today, painfully SWEET!!!

                @calixto- I would much like to be a grower.BTW, I've got a small sore spot at the base of my penis as a result of the OK grip.As the finger and thumb form a grip a certain area at the base gets pinched due to the two fingers intersecting.What could be done to avoid this?
                Plz help
