Ok.After much thought and deliberation,I have decided to start JP's 90 day program starting this week.It was actually my New Year Resolution but things didnt quite work out last month.Even now I'm finding it difficult to adjust PE into my busy schedule.
Cuz my job starts at 18:30 and ends at 3:30.It takes bout a hour and a half to get back home after which I wait for a while and then head to the gym at 6am.I work out for 2 hours.Then I get back,have my breakfast and at around 9:30 I doze off.I wake up around 3pm,have lunch and then I'm off to work again.
So my question is where should I ideally be adjusting my PE routine?Before or after my workout?
Please help me out on this one guys.
