  • DLD Blasters.

    Read up on DLD blasters, and they seem to be ok to perform if you are a beginner and are a great length exercise - which happens to be my main goal. I had a few things I couldn't find my answer for so I was hoping some of you guys may know.

    First off, to clarify they are ok as an additional stretch for beginners? If not, how far along should they performed. I'm currently 3 weeks into my beginner routine.

    Also, is the DLD Blaster an A-Stretch, combined with kegels and reverse kegels during it or would it be an A-Stretch followed by a straight out stretch with kegels and reverse kegels.

    I'm not to sure on how to perform this exercise so anyone that knows how to complete this could you please clear this up for me.

    Starting Stats (15th Febuary 2010):
    EL: 5.7 inches.
    BPEL: 6.25 inches.
    EG: 5.25 inches

    Current:
    BPEL: 7 inches.

    Goal:
    BPEL: 8-10 inches.
    EG: 6.5-7 inches.

    The DLD Blasters is a Phase II exercise, and should only be implemented into your routine after you complete your beginner's routine.

    Also, is the DLD Blaster an A-Stretch, combined with kegels and reverse kegels during it
    This one.
    When you get into the A-stretch and hold the kegel for 5 seconds, you will notice your penis gets pulled into your body. After the kegel, as soon as you release it and do a reverse kegel, you will notice that the 'pull' or the flex of the PC muscle on your penis is released, allowing you to stretch harder. You will feel the release of the pull, and as soon as you do, intensify your stretch. Don't forget to tire out your PC muscle before you begin the Blasters.

      Blasters are not for beginners. I would be delighted to walk you through the exercise six months down the road.

          Thanks for the help guys. I'm glad that I asked this question or I would of put my tool at risk of injury.

              Dec 09 - EL 6.9 EG 4.6
              April 10 -EL 7.1 EG 4.6
              July 10 - EL 7.1 EG 4.75

                  I could not find DLD Blaster exercise/routine, is there a link? I am just entering the advanced routines and want to know what they are?? thanks

                        When you stretch, hold the kegel , then reverse kegel and do the A-stretch for 5 seconds, after that you let the penis go and then repeat? Or you hold your penis stretched still until you do the required number of reps?
