    So, I'm on my third night into the JP90, and already I have questions. I'm not going to bother measuring until a week from now, but to me, I already see some tiny changes. So, question time:

    1) Is it normal for my penis to turn red? I'm of Asian descent, so it's not that stark of a contrast, but there's definitely a red tone to my penis. Additionally, it only starts an inch from where it connects to my body.

    2) Is there a way to also increase testicular growth as well? I've been looking up testicular massages, but is there a mechanical method (similar to jelqing, or massaging) to increase the size of my testicles and scrotum as well? I'm not aiming to look like a tanuki or anything, but proportionate testicles to my penis would also be nice...

    3)I've noticed a smell coming from my penis, usually on the final set of wet and v-jelqs. It's not horrible, but it's definitely...noticeable. I've also never been sexually active so the chances of it being due to disease are slim to none.

    4) When can I masturbate? Despite my lack of sexual activity with others, I still do masturbate. However, will this mess with my growth? Am I allowed to masturbate on rest days? On work days? Does sexual activity affect penile growth?

    5) Thoughts on supplements that supposedly boost testosterone as well as muscle growth? Things like protein powder? Would this work? Or would this hinder? Or what about human growth hormone increasing things?

    6) I'm on this cycle of eating/not eating that is useful to help me lose a little bit of belly fat. It supposedly increases HGH levels, while removing fat and preserving muscle. However, I also am supposed to only eat one meal/day, or alternatively, not eat for 48 hours then eat regularly once per week. Is this going to affect growth?

    7) When I'm jelqing, sometimes I'll get very hard. But this happens after 5 jelqs. Am I supposed to continue? If I do, it's going to take me forever (upwards of an hour) to finish an exercise each night...

    8) Finally, I'm about 5" BPEL, and 5" circumference girth. Ideally, I'd like to get somewhere in the 8-10" zone BPEL, and maybe another inch girth-wise. Is this feasible? About how long would this take?

    1) Are you talking about during or right after exercising or a permanent discoloration? It is normal to have redness during exercising but if it is not going away after only 3 days of exercising then you are most likely using too much intensity. You need to start off lightly in the beginning.

    2)There are methods to increase the size of your testicles and scrotum.

    3) I'm not sure what that could be from.

    4) You can masturbate, just don't do it excessively. Ejaculating 3 or 4 times a week is good for maintaining a healthy prostrate, multiple times daily should be avoided.

    Does masturbation affect gains?

    7)DO NOT jelq while fully erect.

    8) There are a few that have gained into the 3 - 4 inch range, gaining 5 inches would be nearly impossible. I would suggest that you start off with some more reasonable goals. Take a look at the PE Gym Top Performers to see how much and how long it took the best of the best here gained.
