Some people don't ejaculate after every edging session (and there is no harm in doing this). However, it does build up a lot of tension in the body. Some people ejaculate every other edging session while others go 3 days at most before ejaculating after their first edging session for the week. I'm not sure if other people go even longer than that without ejaculating, but I'd pay careful attention to your body. If you notice pain or soreness, it is probably a sign that you should ejaculate or edge less frequently.
I dont think it matters much. Some say you might have better gains only ejaculating once a week. I don't think it matters and nobody knows for sure. I only ejaculate during sex. So maybe 3 or 4 times a week.

I will try to not to ejaculate after every session. Anyhow, I would be ejaculating during sex. Hence, will do less ejaculation.
For stamina training, a good rule of thumb is the 60 minute rule. If your sexual activity has you engaged in vigorous movements WITH a full erection for a total of 60 minutes or more per week, you can forgo the Stop and Start. For any time less than that, you should make it up in your training.
If you're practicing kegeling for control during your sexual activity, you can estimate offsetting that from your routine as well. If you're doing less than this AND you're getting tired, it might me more than penile stamina that's the issue. Intense sexual activity can require a high degree of cardiovascular fitness. If you're lacking in that area, it's advisable
that you make improvements so that it becomes less of an issue.
