Hello everyone. Today im 7.5 long x 5.25 girth. My long term goals are 10 x 7. Im so happy that pegym is helping us to get bigger.

I wish that I started doing PE when I was a young. I can imagine if we started when we was young, we would be a lot bigger today.

Most days I do pe in the morning and at night. It is so much fun.
MORNINGS: I do 10 min warm up. 200 jeleq. 100 stretching. 50 squeezing. 5-10 edging.
EVENING: I do half of morning workout. Then I do 2-4 sets of 20 min pumping. Then I do 2-4 sets of 20 min weight hanging with 5-15 lbs.
i do take rest days to help it grow and heal.

i do read blot of health, fitness and bodybuilding mags. I read that if we raise our blood nitrogen levels and natural testosterone levels. It will help us get big.
