Started Avocets pumping 101 "schedule-routine"

Week 1: One 10 minute session per day
Week 2: One 15 minute session per day
Week 3: Two 10 minute sessions per day
Week 4: Two 15 minute sessions per day
Week 5: One 20 minutes session, one 10 min session, per day
Week 6: Two 20 minute sessions per day
Week 7: Three 20 minute sessions per day

Using my DP-4000, using cycling Hgs of 1.8" to 3.6", 5 second intervals.
One consideration, is to time separate the pumping and the PMP extending, to avoid/minimize any edema.

More is not usually better, unless it is rest !
