NOTE: I am editing this later to remind myself that ice is terrible for my penis. I had discoloration in that area for the next two weeks or so after that. It might have even said had I not been doing firegoat rolls. Very scary stuff, don't fuck with it.
Lesson 1: Don't push yourself too hard. Learn your limits the easy way by taking it easy. The hard way is when you get hurt. Also warm up 100% before fully exerting yourself.
Lesson 2: I GAINED a 1/4 inch by the 3ed or 4th day of my 5 day hiatus. Besides taking time off the only thing I did differently is is two days of light jelqing I had done. I ejaqulated, then, fully flacid, I did some jelqing and stretching (maybe 5-10 minutes). Is that what caused the gains? Keep in mind I didn't gain during the three day break I had just taken...
As a side note this is not as a result of recovery from over training because I had just taken 3 days off plus to LIGHT days. Also I would like to point out that these are not EQ improvements. I am 18 and have pretty good EQ to begin with.

Heres how I found out:
I measure daily. I know, I know, people say mesure every week, two weeks, month, two months or whatever. But it inspires me, so out of habit, I measured. Practically overnight I was hitting this month's goal of 7.25 Bone Pressed Length. During this time I did a lot of research on PE and I think my understanding is much better than it was before and I feel like a have a better grip on what my body needs.

Heres the basics:
Exercise
Sleep
Masturbation (still need to experiment with how ejaqulation affects my gains)
Great diet
When doing PE work with the main goal of making yourself sore. (You should know what that perfect sore feeling feels like)
Taking more time off. I realize now I did way too much work my first month.
I honestly feel like I could do really well with a 2/3 days on/off schedule. Regardless, with what I've learned I don't feel like I HAVE to stick to a routine religiously anymore. I just don't think i have to (Although I could prove myself wrong and this could change).
In conclusion it was a good month. I'm actually glad I got this injury, I highly doubt another one with the understanding I have built. There is no dreaded loss of sensation or extreme pain. Plus it could have been much worse.
Who knows, maybe a few more "light exercises" and I will gain another 1/4 inch this week too LOL
(I will write another blog at the end of the month, concluding everything that happened. The last week included.)
