ANOTHER STRANGE MONTH!!! I jelqed a total of 16 out of 31 days this month.

Results: I gained .3 inches in length and none in girth.

I am very happy with my results. Thank god I had a growth spurt at the end of the month. Literally, the last .15 inches only showed up three days before the end of the month. I was becoming increasingly concerned that I wouldn't gain much more than the original .15" I had gained in the first week. IF SOMETHING WORKS, STICK WITH IT. I changed what I was doing the second and third weeks of the month and I think that may have hurt my results (this might not be true, I might have just been working up to the gains).

I think a majority of my gains come from jelqing. Jelqing complemented by light bends and heavier stretches seems to be the perfect combination so far.

Lots of rest and heat are big contributors to penile health and recovery from exercise. From this point on, I am going to use heat multiple times a day everyday from here on in.

When I jelq my penis needs to be full of blood, but not erect. This is very important. I think when you jelq with an erection it destroys tissue and your recovery time is spent recovering, not growing. If my penis feels hard instead of being plump, warm, and squishy, its erect. Helis work well to push the blood into your flaccid penis. Jelqing from there is very productive.

I am very happy with my progress this far, although I was hoping I would gain a full 1" in three months but thats a bit unrealistic because I would have had to gain .45 in the last month. With only .15 inches left by the end of August gained 1 inch in the 4 months after the next month.

If I continue to gain at 0.25 inches each month I will be able to hit 8.50" before my 6 month goal.

I was reading a thread about continuing gains after first 3 to 4 months and it suggested constantly changing your routine making no two days the same. I messaged Dangler about this situation and he suggested something to the effect of, 'Stacking everything you can against the increasingly tougher gains'. So I am going to continue to learn and implement things that help my P.E. I might even start hanging in the next month.

During the second and third week of the month, I was exceedingly sore which I couldn't figure out. I did some new made up exercises that I doubt helped my growth. That said, I am very thankful for my results. The past month was a fantastic learning experience. I have an extremely solid understanding of what makes me gain, which makes me very excited about August.

My injury is looking much better and I can do heavier exercises including clamping without pain, swelling or discoloration to that spot. I think this is a good sign but It's not completely healed and I don't think PE is aiding in the recovery process, but it doesn't appear to be severely hurting it either. I have been putting Vitamin E, Tea Tree Oil, Olive Oil, Caster Oil, ect.

In the last month I spent a bit of time worrying about switching from length to girth after I was done with my length goals. I had a few uncertainties, like what if I don't gain girth? Or what if I continue to gain length when I am trying to gain girth? Like what if I end up at 9 inches and its too long? I'm not as worried about these problems any more..
