I've been meaning to write this blog since, well, since the end of November. Being December 13th, I guess I've put it off for long enough...

In October I focused on consistency and was very successful. In celebration I am uploading my jelqing scheduled below.

On the 12th of November I did an excessively hard workout which resulted in lots of pain and swelling on the left side of my fat pad. I remember "slightly straining" it a few months back, but since the 12th its been much worse.

On the 13th of November I decided to quit my routine and focus on recovery. I started taking glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM and cissus. A couple of aspirin, and icing. Besides that, I ceased all PE and unsuccessfully tried to refrain from everything else that would put strain on that area (like jerking off).

Its fitting I write this blog on the 13th, being officially one month of no PE. Most of the swelling subsided by week 3, but if I bother it, I still attract minimal swelling even on my fifth week. It's just a mater of time until it heals... and I've got all the time in the world.

Being as it is already almost half way through the next month, I'd like to add....
The 16th of December will officially be 2 months of no porn. Normal erections that I haven't seen in years (sounds funny to say at my age but true) are returning and I'm actually really horny. Note, although I quit porn, I was unable to stop masturbating. When I first quit I only jerked off twice in the first 2 weeks. After that my masturbation habits slowly have resumed.

I would also like to add that I have been experimenting with garlic and erections. Since I haven't extensively tested its affects, I may be making this up. Or maybe its just mentally gives me permission to be hornier... Either way I'm pretty sure erections look/feel harder and are more common. I bought one of those white things with the many cloves and I'm gonna experiment more.
