Hello all, welcome to my blog. I have been doing PE on and off for a year now and have seen little results. i have decided to join PEGym to record my results and receive any tips.
Im 23, a smoker, slim build and average height with little exercise.
I will not be using any herbal supplements as i am quite skeptical and they can be expensive.
My exercises will include : a penis extender for a few hours to start, then a warm up and some jelqing, a shower with bathmate. i will do this mon-fri initially and increase from there on a weekly basis.
today i have worn the extender for 3 hours. i will warm up and jelq for 20mins then shower and use bathmate for 10mins.
i will keep my results recorded on this and any comments or tips would b greatly appreciated.

there is a guy on this called "bathpump" he can answer any of your scientific questions on it. i asked a few questions and his response was speedy and helpful. bare in mind though that he works for bathmate so talk nice to him and he might get you a sweet discount man haha
