The bathmate does not come with the rope to hold it in place (even with they stating that the product comes with it), and they never answered my emails demanding it. And that's a problem because without it you need to be holding the bathmate with one hand, always. And I'm not that creative as to devise a substitute for it.
Another problem is that it brings blood to your veins, ok. But it also brings lymphatic fluid, which is not wanted. And lymphatic fluid goes away MUCH SLOWER than blood, so I was a little concerned about it building with time - maybe that is why users think their cock are getting bigger? because the rate of fluid building up is higher than the rate which it is reabsorbed (which can take days)
Other problem is the risk of getting a "doughnut" effect, which scares the shit out of you. Your cock will look bizarre for a whilhe, a few days. But it gets back to normal. Happened with me, here's the post with pictures.
However, even given all that, I might be willing to give it a try again. It may be worthwhile if we managed to begin it together, possible with more users, so one can help another.
