Took an unscheduled day off. I've been so busy lately with 14 days straight of 12 hour shifts, PE pretty much every day and an additional hour at the gym pretty much every day. Not to count my 1 hour round trip drive time, shower time etc.
The wife was feeling a little neglected (I've barely seen her) so I decided to take a day off from my manual routine and the gym to spend some time with her.

I still extended for 11 hours
