Just some light jelqing today, as it is my last day. Evened out my extending hours to an even 900 hours (I averaged 10 hours per day over a 90 day period!). I'm going to take a couple days before measuring as I've been pumping a lot lately and I want a true measurement of how I did over my initial 90 days.

Here are my current plans moving forward:
- Measure in a couple of days and do my 90 day results blog

- Take 2 weeks off from PE completely to give myself a break. Start back up Feb 1st!

- Start putting together a nice air pump

- For the month of February, I will be sandwiching my penis between a pair of 4"x5" disposable hand/body warmers during the entire time I am in the extender (likely to remain at 10 or more hours per day). I want to see if prolonged deep heat while extending has advantages. This will cost about $1.00 per day in heating packs (packs of 40 are a little over $20 on Amazon, http://www.amazon.com/HeatMax-Hand-B...6753588&sr=8-9).

- When I start back up, I'm going to change to a different schedule at my wife's request. She has a valid complaint that PE is taking up a lot of my time and so I agreed to only do PE 50% of the days. I work 12 hour swing shifts, and I'm going to only do PE on the days that I work. My schedule moving forward will repeat every 28 days, and will be as follows: (PE=PE that day, OFF=rest day) (I am now officially coining this the DJ28 schedule)

Time will tell if this approach works well for me, it definitely has some really neat advantages! For instance, once per 28 days, I'll PE 6 days in a row.. On the flip side, once per 28 days I'll get a 6 day rest from PE all together. I actually have high hopes for the schedule, and it will definitely test the "less is more" theory for me. I'm still undecided whether OFF days will be pure rest days, or if I will still extend (since it doesn't interfere with time with the wife), and possibly even do a little hanging. I think I'll take them as pure rest days for the month of February and see how my gains are and make a more informed decision at that time.
