See the common thing here? People are lazy! None of these things give instant results, and it all takes a lot of work. That fillers out 99 percent of the population alone. Tissues of the body do heal though. Cells can and do elongate and divide. Tissues can lose some of their elasticity. PE can be thought of as a slow and purposeful deformation of a part of the body. Even recent scientific studies (using extenders) have proven that the penis can increase in size.
