    Hello Guys,

    Let me start off by saying I do not believe I have ED. I have a healthy lifestyle, eat great, and am generally a happy person. Im 21 years old so I should be in my prime but I dont feel like it. That being said I am not really worried about it. I know i'll figure it out somehow and its almost exciting to "be on the case" because I know the rewards.

    Okay to start my EQ seems to fluctuate wildly and I'm still trying to pin down the factor involved with this. Every couple of months-weeks I get these super hard, great erections. Like a steel rod, Id imagine it is what viagra would feel like and its great! I want to aim for this! Everything is better, random erections, morning wood, jerking off, sex drive. My penis is basically a rockstar during these times. After a boner it almost feels sore from being so hard. If you've felt it you know what I'm talking about. However within a couple days it fades and its back to normal. sometimes even worse where you have to fight to get erections and you just don't feel too confident.

    I don't know what causes them though! I do kegals and jelqs, eat a ton of leafy greens, workout, and get a lot of sleep. Honestly I am probably the healthiest Ive ever been right now but no effect. I remember my last little splint happened a few days after I started kegals but were gone within 3-4 days. I have always been pretty careful about over-training so I dont think it was that. Starting reverse kegals but haven't noticed anything yet. Maybe I have an imbalanced pelvic floor??

    My test has been checked and came out pretty low but still within normal ranges, 462 but Im 21 so could it be a hormone thing? Like every couple of months I get testosterone surges or something. I have noticed my libido being a bit low lately. That all being said I have "ideal" test lifestyle so Id imagine I should have a little bigger T. Sleep+veggies+lifting+meats+tons of healthy supplements to maximize test (boron, zma, avena sativa) basically If they were to be related to health/dietary I would have them now

    Normally when you get these things they happen after you done something differently. But not with this just random.

    Well anyways, any advice would be appreciated!

      That test is a bit low you may be overtraining.

      Do you do weights?

        I didn't see you mention it, but do you look at and watch porn? Porn negatively affects EQ. When I was your age I probably looked at porn every day.

        I would recommend doing JP90 and no porn, if you look at it. I'm in week 10 of JP90, and have gone 30 days without porn. I now get rock hard boners in the morning, and for sex, and I'm in my 40's! I feel like a teenager again.

          Try to masturbate once for a week or less, without porn. Simply cut all kinds of virtual erotic content. Try it for 1 month and see the results.

          When I can get to more than 5-10 days without ejaculating, my erections get far stronger, sometimes around 110% because if I do a kegel I even feel as if my penis has more blood than it supports, haha. But when having frequent orgasm it barely reaches 80%.

            What about outside stressors?

            How often are you masturbating? If you're looking to maximize your EQ and libido, cut out all frivolous masturbation and channel your orgasms/ejaculations into training and live sexual activity only.

                Honestly I tried the whole no-fap thing at it was super easy. I went like 45 days with no impact, I kinda just lost my sex drive. I know all about the the whole dead dick phase but it just felt weird. I do watch porn but its not obsessive at all couple times a week maybe. after I had sex I kinda just stopped. Idk the whole thing just made me think about it constantly. Isnt the JP90 for people that are compulsive about it and have a problem. I have a twin brother who goes like 5 days no fap and is super horny, not me.

                Yes I lift at least 4-5 times a weak, I would say I'm pretty fit.

                  I would be interested in increasing my Test not just for sexual reasons but I dont know that else to do. I basically do it all.

                  Cold showers, Leafy greens, ZMA, boron, sleep, lifting, healthy diverse diet, low stress lifestyle. I'm not really sure what else I can improve besides getting on meds (which is a last resort)

                  I've seen a urologist and everything is okay, I just don't feel like Im at my best. I have an endocrinologist appointment this thanksgiving.

                  If its like this at 21 what will I be like when Im 45??

                    NoFap is generally advise for kicking porn addiction, but it can have other benefits. If you're still sexually active during a NoFap phase then it stands to reason you wouldn't feel deprived

                    If I may ask- how often are you sexually active? If you're extremely sexually active that in itself can cause EQ and gains problems if you aren't allowing for enough rest- and very sexually active training can require additional rest on top of what's normally scheduled.

                      If you are lifting using common bodybuilding protocols drug free then there is a good chance you are overtraining . This can lead to issues with test and libido .

                        How old are you ice and what do you regard as frequent orgasms?

                          I'm not too sexually active, I was for a while but I wouldn't say anything over the top at all. definitely not addicted

                          I just can't figure out if its a hormone thing or some sort of vitamin imbalance idk.

                          What are you thoughts on my kinda low test. should it definitely be higher due to my age?
