  • Pain and bad EQ from too much sitting (Please HELP)

Hi guys, this is my first post here but I’ve been reading posts on this site for a while. I’ve been so stressed out by this probem. I hope you guys could give some tips on what to. So here’s my story:

Last july I felt pain on my BC muscle. This was after a day that I masturbated twice. I thought it was odd since I wasn’t too rough on myself that time. The doctor said it was probably a torn muscle so I rested for 10 days after that. I noticed that my erections were not so good. This was despite the fact that I was taking the 5 Gs. I also noticed that every time I ejaculate I would feel pain in the same area. I decided to stop masturbating altogether until September.

From that point until September I jogged a lot and did yoga every day. whenever I tried to masturbate I felt ok except for a little bit discomfort in the same area. Besides the original pain I was feeling, I was feeling a little bit of tightness on my right leg very close to my rectum. There were some knots on my leg and I also felt pain on a muscle very close to the rectum. One day I got curious and massaged the area and tried to look for the exact spot where it hurt. The day after that it started to hurt again and I didn’t get good erections again. I was back to the same feeling again that I had in July. I decided to rest for a month hoping that it would get better.
During October I had a lot of sex and surprisingly it didn’t hurt anymore every time I ejaculate. After 3 weeks I felt pain again on my leg. I can’t tell if it’s the PC or IC muscle. My EQ was ok during sex. It only became a problem when there was no visual stimulation like sitting in the car or having sex with clothes on. In these situation I needed to have a BJ first before I became fully erect.

So it seems like this pain in my leg is really affecting my EQ. I’ve been trying really hard to exercise and do yoga to get rid of this. I’ve been doing the exercises on these 2 sites and I’ve managed to get rid of the knots on my leg but not the pain very near my rectum.

I really can’t tell if it’s the PC or IC muscle. Do you guys have any tips or additional exercises I can do to remedy this? I appreciate any help I can get. Thanks!

Are you suffering from any lower back pain or injury? The nerves that exit the spine at the S1, S2 level are tied to the area of the pain you are feeling and the reproductive organs.

To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

Thanks for your replies guys. I have tried warm soaks in the tub and relaxation therapy. I don't think it's my nerves. I don't have any back pain and I have a quite flexible lower back.

I really think it's the muscle on my butt. Whenever I try to touch the sharpest point where the bone is on my butt, that's where I feel some pain on my muscle. Yoga has helped a lot and now it's a specific area compared to before where it was a big part of my upper leg.

I'm just wondering what kind of yoga exercise can stretch that specific spot. Come to think of it, there was a period of 2-3 months when I would always sit on the floor on one side of my butt. Maybe that is the cause of this problem.

Massage the knots until they dissapear, it can hurt i know but you have to.

It is triggerpoints, one in your hamstring is enough to fuck up your entire pelvic floor.

Look for knots at primary thighs, perineum, around and inside rectum.

I really think they're knots. I can't find the same knots on the left side. It's only on the right. So how do I go about massaging it? Circular motion or back and forth? Do I have to massage it aggressively in order to get rid of them?

Just feel out for spots that feel sore then work them back and forth with a decent ammount of pressure. from my experience the spot needs to be rubbed back and forth about 20-30 times before you can feel the soreness start to dissipate as well as a slight letting go feeling of the muscle as it becomes less tense.
