Yes a tight constriction band or cockring with pills can help you to maintain the erection, but in a medium-long term it will do worse the problem surely. It is so because you will constrict the veins and possibly it dilate them more over time.

I didn't get am wood when I was fapping to porn 3x a day. I still don't get it and I don't know why, I went on a 3 week reboot several months ago and got it but then I went back to porn and masturbation then did a 2 week reboot in Dec and I still don't wake up with a full boner. My WorkARTICLES:

So porn seems to be the issue . Fap may lessen morn wood but it is porn that seems to cause ongoing issues . When I was young if I stoped ejaculating for a couple of days the random boners were a real issue . That is not a problem now but certainly morn would is very regular and I am 57y.

Here's a theory about venous leaks that I came up with. On this site there is a very good cross sectional diagram of a penis in both the flaccid and erect state. The way that I understood a venous leak was caused by a faulty valve in the vein, like a faulty check valve or something. But it looks like the blood stops flowing out due to the venous plexus (web of veins around the penis) getting compressed from the cavermosal spaces engorging with blood and expanding there by shutting off the flow of blood out. What if scarring caused by injections actually reduce the cavermosal spaces that fill up with blood there by not allowing the penis to fully engorge with blood. By the corpus cavemosum not fully expanding, the venous plexus does not expand enough to trap the blood. This is just a thought that came to me when I was looking at how an erection actually occurs.
