Given how misdiagnosed venous leak is; even medically ;he might have some issue where pe dies help. If for instance it is some sort of case of underdevelopment through part of the penis then pe would be a great help

I have severe ED such that 150 mg of Viagra has little effect and 70 units of triple strength Trimix injections are only mildly effective. Diabetes is the most likely cause. However, Jelqing does help, to some extent. Accordingly, I believe PE can have a positive effect on many stages of ED.Valued Member of 12+ years at the PEGym12/'09 (start) NBP EL - 4.5, EG - 4.4

Hi What you have described sounds more like an hour glass penis problem, so before the age of 10 was you ever on any kind of depression drugs? there are a couple that will do this to your penis.Originally posted by Maxz View PostThat is true. In my case the problem is not testosterone. The level has always been very high. My problems started at a very early age when I started a flaccid masturbation. I was under 10 years old. I continued this for many years and I did not get an erection. Finally I realised that something was wrong when I was 17 years old. I wont go to the details now but I've never got a proper erection. The base of my cock is somehow underdeveloped. It is thin and does not get hard. Never. It has been examined and the diagnosis is venous leak. That was not a surprise to me because I can feel when the blood starts to go wrong way. My miserable sex life has always been poor. Sometimes like a nightmare. The only cure for me is an implant.

I have not tried PE.
I have read that there are also other men who have masturbated with a flaccid penis but I've never read that they've been in trouble with that.

Hi Maxz Jus been doing a little research into hour glass just as a refresher, and read a couple of answers of guys using a Ved, which is a pump and slowly seeing fill up, may be something you may like to try.Originally posted by Maxz View PostI have never taken depression drugs. I understand that a hour glass penis is thinner in the middle. Mine is thinner at the base. But anyways a pump exercise is the next thing that I will try. I had a pump over 10 years ago but it broke after a few times.Originally posted by NOWHARD View PostHi Maxz Jus been doing a little research into hour glass just as a refresher, and read a couple of answers of guys using a Ved, which is a pump and slowly seeing fill up, may be something you may like to try.

I guess a Ved is a pump model. Or is it? What do you mean "slowly seeing fill up"?

Hope it helps you get over your problem in time, just like PE exercises, its not a quick fix, your just going to have to give it time.

Interesting. I'm assuming you have venous leak or is it some other cause from diabetes? I do wonder if jelqing after having had a penile fracture or with venous leak could make the condition worse.Originally posted by not2big View PostI have severe ED such that 150 mg of Viagra has little effect and 70 units of triple strength Trimix injections are only mildly effective. I took daily cialis for a while with only marginal results, still unable to maintain an erection for any length of time. I can't take Cialis or Viagra anymore because of an unrelated medical condition that is exacerbated by those drugs. I'm trying trimix now. I did 8 and 10 units of trimix and while it has an effect I still lose the erection very quickly without stimulation. Cock rings don't seem to help either.

I hope you are right, because I was diagnosed with one last week. I was using bimix for a 1 and a half years with great results, then suddenly about 4 months ago, it just stopped working. My ero kept increasing the strength, but same results. So finally talked him into a doppler. He send me to another ero who did this procedure. She showed me on the screen, that I had plenty of blood flowing in, but the blood was not holding, and leaking out. What bother me is I don't know how it happened suddenly. But then again, I'm turning 62 in a couple of months, so it just could be the age thing.Originally posted by Pegasus View PostVenous leak is notorious for being wrongly diagnosed .
The fact is most "venous leak 'can be cured with kegels or an increase in testosterone or reduction in anxiety.
Anyways, the doctor told me to use a constriction band with the injection. She said this would hold the blood in.
I started kegels yesterday, so we'll see.

With venous leak you have a few options really. I put it in other thread, but now i cant find it
The options are first try viagra and others pills, they wont work probably
Second you can try injections btu be careful if you are young they could produce you scars and peyronie
Third try embolization, sclerotherapy or ligation, if you are lucky you will be cured
After this there isnt much more, ou could try tens vacum but wont work surely.
Four if you have tried everything and nothing worked, the implant is the last option and maybe the only real solution today for venous leak
The venous leak is very real, be careful with jelqs

Don't attempt to self diagnose! If you truly suspect you have a VL please get a thorough exam done first.
Reference: The false diagnosis of venous leak: prevalence and predictors.
Please consider the most noninvasive techniques first when dealing with a true venous leak!

I have severe ED. Probably caused by a combination of diabetes and venous leak. When Trimix injections started to become ineffective, I used a tight constriction band to maintain the erection. I found the Osbon Tension Band to be the most effective.image.jpg
Instead of Trimix, I now use a VED, a special penis pump designed to allow the tension band to be slipped directly around the base of the pumped erection. I use the Vitality Medical VED with an Osbon Tension Band.Valued Member of 12+ years at the PEGym12/'09 (start) NBP EL - 4.5, EG - 4.4
