I'm working on solving ED, and feel like I've been having some positive results recently. One thing I've had for as long as I can remember, though, is that I can only start to get erect when I'm sitting down. If I stand up or lie down, achieving erections isn't possible and if I was erect prior to changing positions, my penis deflates much faster.
I'm not sure if this is common, but I don't like it. What could cause this and are there ways of improving on the situation?
