  • CS/Underside of penis gets "empty"

    So I'm having this thing and I haven't read many people relating similar problems.

    What happens is: I get a 100% erection and start edging, after 5 or 10 minutes the CS, which is the bottom/underside of penis (also where is located the urethra), gets like in a flaccid state while the CC (sides and top) are still hard. Glans size get a bit smaller too.
    It's like blood is not being kept there. If I kegel it gets filled with blood but in a few seconds it get's empty again.

    I never had this and started a few weeks ago.
    I've been doing a very light PE routine but a lot of Reverse kegels to balance my tense pelvic floor.


    Would like to read your ideas about that. What could it be?

    Hi Perhaps you have a venous leak, this is where a valve is not working as it should and letting blood pass we have many of these around our body, your could try my mix as it could be just some plaque holding it open.

      So this is my mix, its very good for clearing away plaque, suggest you do the 12 week trail.


      The way out and clearing away plaque would be to get on Cayenne Pepper, Turmeric with black pepper and garlic, take this each morning and see how you go.

      For each heaped teaspoon of turmeric you add a ¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper, this helps the turmeric to get absorbed into your system better.

      The whole mix its all very healthy for you.

      You just mix CP and Turmeric and BP 50/50 in olive oil and then mix with tomato paste and thin it with olive oil, at first you just mix this to a heat ( this the heat that CP gives off) that suits you, and over time you can slowly increase the CP and Turmeric.

      You take 3 teaspoonful’s each morning first thing, you wash each spoonful down with water, before anything else just after you get up, one thing it will warm you up with this mix, which will also help would be very fine chopped garlic, just do a whole head, chopped fine, and keep in olive oil, with this you add dried parsley, a couple of good desert spoonful’s and mix, you just add a teaspoonful on top of the CP an turmeric mix, just mix into the top take as said.

      The Parsley its very good for the blood and helps keep your Cholesterol down.

      Please do keep both jars in the fridge, keeps a lot better that way.

      Now if you google and read up about all three, there very good for ED, your cholesterol, heart and it clears blocked arteries and veins, good at lowering HBP, prostate, prostitutes, clearing plague of a venous leak, gout and RA, garlic is also very good for your blood, so along with the CP and turmeric with BP, your be doing your body the world of good.
      Turmeric is a great way of fighting and lowering your triglyceride numbers when you have high cholesterol, and turmeric is also a way of fighting certain cancers.
      There are many sites covering the health benefits of turmeric, some are packed with lots of very interesting info and due to advertising restrictions cant be shown here

      At first you really need to be taken this 3 times a day the other 2 times just before meals, for 2 weeks, then just twice a day for 2 weeks then just the once at first thing in the mornings, great way to start the day.

      And yes have had ED now in recovery and do take what is above daily along with other supplements and a hormone.
      Good blood flow is necessary for harder erections and a healthy body.
      Cayenne Pepper, Turmeric with BP and Garlic, is the way to help good blood flow for erections and lots of other ailment’s.

      PS This really needs a 12 week trail, to see if its going to work for you, if its for RA do increase it up, the stronger it is the better it works for you.

      Don’t forget to up the amount of CP and turmeric as you go on.

        As i told you before This is due to pelvic floor tension, the cs and glans gets blood from the same artery.

        The bc muscle clamps or clenches the artery which prevents blood flow.

        When This happend try push at your bc, it does probably feel very hard.

        As always the Cure is rks and hindi squats, i had the same trouble.

              It Will always be softer than the cc but it should be firm if the artery has the proper bloodflow it needs

                Yeah I remember you said that. But I tried some RKs with no success.
                Today it was better though, the CS was less "flat".

                I just can't understand why I'm getting more symptons of tight PF now that I'm working to relax it than I ever had before, when I was used to hold kegels for hours without even noticing it. Maybe it's a "fight back" system from the body? Like when you try to stretch a rubber band and it comes back to it's "original state" even more tight? Just some shitty theory I imagined now.

                  Not a shitty theory. Our body learns something and wants to Plateua and stay there. Any systemic change will have this fight back. So we have to push through this tendency to create lasting change. Then if we stop we will stay in stasis there also.

                    This takes simply much more time. "Some" RK's wont do it
                    Also when you have the RK's and stretches done and feel more relaxed you stil la tsome point might need to introduce BC msucle training(kegels) back into the regime. Of course all consciouss training not unaware clenching.

                      In my case, I've noticed there seem to be different types of erections...if something random turns me on, then normally my CS and glans stays soft while the CCs get hard, or sometimes when I wake up and notice I have morning wood.

                      That said, if I am rubbing one out or something really turns me on (possibility of sex, etc) then CS, glans, and CC get hard as a rock.

                        This might just be your hand, when erect you can hold a finger on the top of your Dick, against the dorsal vein, block it and your cs+glans Will become filled.

                        This is why it gets more firm when using a Condom, it shuts off the vein.

                          I had a soft CS/underside tube of penis, quit smoking and took vitamin C daily in high doses for a couple of months and a bunch of other vitamins to off and off, now with erections that CS feels much more plump and a bit more stiff and hard. I guess vitamin C daily and some other good vitamins and supplements for a couple of months while not smoking can do alot. I realize to that erections are really determined by your health to. My EQ sure has drastically improved by these few months on vitamin C.
