    Hi all!, i'm glad to be with you guys here i'm having some ed issues:

    Before i begin pe i had rock hard erections. now after starting pe which i've done without warmup (stretching + jelqing) i had at first weak erections from base to mid shaft and hard from mid shaft to glans i noticed when erect i can bend the penis in the base to mid shaft area (i have the baseball bat effect i got it from masturebating by pressing the mid shaft area only) the glans wasn't getting hard in that peroid afterthat i edged and done some kegal exercises for 3 days ( i know i'm a retard) was doing like 12+ hours a day constant edging to porn pics until the 3rd day i found out the penis got like a peyronie bend it's like 10 degree anyways i had no sensation to the penis after it now, i gained some sensation back (thanks god) i'm currently taking vit b1 b2 b6 b12 + magnisium + kingko also using a oil combo of olive oil + castor oil + cypress oil + rosemary oil my symptoms now are: when flaccid it's normal but when erect in bends like that and i still have weak erections from base to midshaft but hard from midshaft to glans yesterday i masturebated to porn and i had a full glans it was filled with blood like never before but erections are still the same maybe a bit hard i get morning and nocturnal erections i can get an erection without stimulation i can keep an erection without stimulation but it reaquiers some focusing in my part or some porn to do the do

    what i'm going to do is :
    keep using these oil + vits + kingko
    cutting off masturebation + porn
    try to not get an erection at all just let the body get them for me
    i will start doing rk and hindu squats

    but i wanted your thought if you guys know what's going on here cuz i have no idea whatso ever thanks!

    Welcome jumper! Glad you decided to join us here in the gym. A couple of questions for you.
    Were you kegeling a lot during your stretches and jelqing?
    Were you doing any RKs to balance out the kegels?
    How long have you been PEing?
    Do you masterbate to porn? If so stop that immediately.
    It is not unusual for some to experience a decrease in EQ for a short time when starting PE, so this may be nothing at all.
    Beginners shouldn't skip warmups but if you do, you should start your workouts very lightly to warm up as you are starting your routine.

      1.yes i were kegaling a lot also was kegaling when i have done the 3 days edging (used to edge up to 6 hours like a retard)
      2.no i didn't do any RKs but i'm trying a bit now
      3.i pe'd for like 2 weaks after it i didn't pe at all (thought it would make things worse)
      4.yes i do masturbating to porn now session are taking up to 2 hours to ejaculate but now i'm stoping forever
      5.yes i know but it's been like 2-3 month now
      6.won't start any pe again until i fix this situation ( i don't want to make thing worst)

        I think you may have developed some pelvic floor tightness from all the kegeling. A tight pelvic floor can decrease blood flow to your unit.
        You may want to consider starting a program aimed at stretching the pelvic floor and regaining balance in your PF.
        Yoga and hindi squats seem to be the most popular means of restoring balance to the PF and can help you control involuntary kegels which can contribute to Pre-E.
        These things may not make your condition go away over night but if you practice a little every day, these exercises can help you improve awareness of what is happening in your PF and thus improving your ability to control IK when they occur.

          Thanks for reply that's what i'm gonna try to do along side with vits + oil
          Not sure but my bc muscle seem kinda not right my penis is kinda rotated and he is hanging lower and there is a noticable space by eye between my penis and the pubic bone? i'm pretty sure it wasn't like this before?
