Hi guys, (posted this on another site but didn't get any responses so I'm trying here)
I'll try keep this short. I'm 18, in good shape (avid rugby player and swimmer) and have no other health issues that could be causing this. But about a month ago, I was in bed with my new girlfriend for our first time, and I couldn't get an full erection. I immediately put it to my porn addiction and began phasing out my porn use. Maybe my use of porn has made me unable to be aroused by a real girl? It has been a while since I've watched porn but still get the urge to. Yet, despite my girlfriend being drop dead bloody gorgeous it doesn't 'do it' for me. Anyone got any experience with this kinda thing? How can I rewire my brain to undo the damage caused by porn and masturbation? any advice? I hate not being able to please my girl and keep her waiting. Don't want to loose her.
Thanks, Sam
