I started the 90 day routine back in October. The first two months were great. Had a visibly better flaccid hang and my erect penis felt bigger and more engorged in my hand. In December i stopped for a bit because I had some numbing going on. When I tried starting back up I noticed my eq was way low and it was tough for me to keep a semi-erection during jelqs. Now its February and my eq still feels very low and it feels as though I've lost all my gains. Any advice?

The JP90 can be too intense if you don't have the proper level of conditioning.
