I've been on here lurking for almost a year on off.
I'll try to make it short.
It started almost a year ago, when i failed to have sex with to partners within a short time. I then decided to do something about it. My EQ had been poor for a long time, which I believe was caused by very bad masturbation and porn habits. I have many times ended up in bed with a girl, either not feeling horny or getting any kind of erection, so i started kegel exercising last May, helped immediately but I overtrained and didn't do any reverse kegels.
I then started batteling a tight pelvic floor, and at the time I had a chance with a girl which I for a long time wanted, I blew it out of fear of not performing, and decided to let it slip.
I have tried following a jelq routine, i'm fine with my size, but sought the blood flow benefits. I warmed up with hot towels and followed guidelines described here on PEGym. It never really did anything for me, and seemed to cause hard flaccids. I sometimes still do short jelq-sessions to pump up my penis primarily.
I now had ED again and decided to stop kegels entirely. The next week after that, my penis worked like never before. I got extremely hard morning woods, erections and my penis hang very low flaccid. I remember my pelvic floor feeling very loose i could push out the area around my asshole easily, and when running i felt like it was bouncing. That week was glorious... I miss it.
I started doing kegels again maybe due to greed, thinking my pelvic floor was ready, and I lost the the hard erections and morning woods from the week before. Now devasted and furious with myself, I started doing pelvic floor streches, yoga and pelvic floor breathing which I found in here. I have a hard time doing a reverse kegel without tensing in abs, but breathing deep helps and is the only way i can do it, but I can't hold it.
Still with bad EQ, i started looking for supplements and tried L-arginine and Red ginsing, it kinda helped but only few times, and I stopped because arginine caused my face and back to break out bad.
As of today, I have since once or twice started kegelling again, ended up with worse EQ and a hard shrinked penis, hard flaccid. In periods i experience morning woods, but not as hard as that one week, same goes for erections. I workout a lot, and my penis shrink during exercises and sport. I'm now trying l citrulline, can't really see a difference. WHAT can I do, this has really troubled me for a long time now, I have had to let go of so many opportunities with girls I liked, because I knew i couldn't go all the way...
I just wan't to get back to that week where my penis seemed healthier than anytime before.
