  • Best supplement to increase blood flow for ED?

    For years I have been looking for ways to increase my erection quality and recently I stumbled across this site so Hi!

    The one thing I found was a supplement that increased blood flow (150mg french maritime pine bark extract daily) and since this place seems like the fountain of knowledge regarding all thing Penis I wondered if you knew of anything better/the best that improves blood flow?

    The two reasons why I think blood flow is my mine problem in regards to erections is because the french maritime improved the problem (not perfect hence asking if there is anything better) and number two, my feet are ice cold no matter what all year round (UK based) again an indication of really poor blood flow.

    Looking into l-citrulline and l-argenine. Also look up Nitric Oxide and its role in blood circulation.
    There has been some research that l-argenine and pine park extract work very well together. The key is getting the dosage right.

    Red ginseng tea or tablets are also an alternative to ED drugs (viagra, cialis)

      Check out the 4Gs topic on this forum.

      Ginger root is great for erections. Citrulline will help a deal to but you'll have to figure what dosis is best for you with the Citrulline.

        I have tried Citrulline at 6grams a day as it's good for the gym but it didn't really change anything, I will check that "4G topic" though so thank you for the replies .

        Edit: How much Ginger root is recommended? I may as well give it a go.

            This is slightly off topic, but from what I have read the best way to improve this is exercising.

            I am new to PE and did my first set of this workout on Sunday:

            Then a rest for Monday due to having been on an 8 hour walk.

            Today I tried boning up and my erection quality was noticeably much improved. As I am getting older, my erections have tended to become harder to get up to full size, less powerful, tight, tending to point forwards rather than up and require more stimulation to keep up. Today I wasn't up to full erectile quality, but it was a quite dramatic difference. I was able to get a meatier, bigger, more powerful erection that pointed higher and maintained itself in such a state for a good while without stimulation.

            If you search here for erectile quality exercises I am sure there is a workout that won't take up much time.

              i have serious ed from childhood due to hormonol issues, but i believe horny goat weed and also l-citrulline made a minor difference. perhaps as someone who likely suffered far less serious ED then me, it might improve your situation more. but again, make sure you get quality and reputable stuff because these types of supplements tend to lack consistency in quality. again, i do not believe in these supplements as a primary cure at all but l-citrulline has some medical science to back it, minimal but its there.
              Life struggle with extreme erectile dysfunction since I was 15. Diagnosed with venous leak. When I turned 30-years old, I found out I had hypogonadism (low testosterone) and sub-clinical hypothyroidism. TRT can be a cure for venous leak if you are hypogonadal.

                A few things that work really well for me;

                Yohimbe
                * Piping Rock makes a very potent pill of this. It's very strong. A pill or a 1/2 pill may be all you can handle.

                Fresh Ginger juice
                * The Ginger People make a fantastic juice. A shot or 2 a day is really all I need.

                I don't suffer from ED so your mileage may vary. Hope this helps.

                  Hello Reddev3,

                  Here are some natural alternatives for supplements that have been proven to work pretty well. Though, effects may vary more or less in some men.

                  - Herbs: Cordyceps, Ginseng, Epimedium, Cinnamon, Horny Goat Weed, Maca, etc.

                  - Amino: L-Arginine, L-Tyrosine, etc.

                    Hi Reddev this is my main mix for you blood and take this most days of the week, and as you see its very good for a few other things all researched.

                    Get your blood working right your 2/3 of the way out of ED problems.


                    For a start this mix is a great way of cleaning away cholesterol plaque from our blood, and helps control triglycerides and keep your numbers right, and will improve your erections.

                    The way out and clearing away plaque would be to get on Cayenne Pepper, Turmeric with black pepper and garlic, take this each morning and see how you go.

                    For each heaped teaspoon of turmeric you add a ¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper, this helps the turmeric to get absorbed into your system better.

                    The whole mix its all very healthy for you.

                    You just mix CP and Turmeric and BP 50/50 in olive oil and then mix with tomato paste and thin it with olive oil, at first you just mix this to a heat ( this the heat that CP gives off) that suits you, and over time you can slowly increase the CP and Turmeric.

                    You take 3 teaspoonful’s each morning first thing, you wash each spoonful down with water, before anything else just after you get up, one thing it will warm you up with this mix, which will also help would be very fine chopped garlic, just do a whole head, chopped fine, and keep in olive oil, with this you add dried parsley, a couple of good desert spoonful’s and mix, you just add a teaspoonful on top of the CP an turmeric mix, just mix into the top take as said.

                    The Parsley its very good for the blood and helps keep your Cholesterol down, you can also add some oregano in as well as its good for erections.

                    Please do keep both jars in the fridge, keeps a lot better that way.

                    Now if you google and read up about all above, there very good for ED, your cholesterol, heart and it clears blocked arteries and veins, good at lowering HBP, prostate, prostatitis and RA, garlic is also very good for your blood, so along with the CP and turmeric with BP, your be doing your body the world of good.

                    Turmeric is a great way of fighting and lowering your triglyceride numbers when you have high cholesterol, and turmeric is also a way of fighting certain cancers.

                    Now if your on any kind of blood thinner's don't take the Turmeric as its a blood thinner as well, means your blood will get to thin.


                    At first you really need to be taken this 3 times a day for 2 weeks then just 2 times once first thing and the second before a meal for 2 weeks, then just once a day first thing in the mornings, great way to start the day.

                    And yes have had ED now in recovery and do take what is above daily along with other supplements and a hormone.

                    PS This really needs a 12 week trail, to see if its going to work for you, if its for RA do increase it up, the stronger it is the better it works for you.

                    Don’t forget to up the amount of CP and turmeric as you go on.

                    Now for me these days as its almost around 7 years being on this mix, I do a standard mix which has 4 rounded desert spoons of cayenne pepper and turmeric in it, and l mixed up, then daily I put some more olive oil on the top, add the 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper then a heaped teaspoon of CP and the same of turmeric add on the heaped teaspoon of garlic and mix this in the top layer and I now take 4 teaspoons of the mix, some days it can get me but most days I'm ok
                    as for supplements its L-Arginine Tribulus, L-Carnitine, DHEA and just some daily vits, but I do wash them down with a boric acid mix, boric acid has the tag of being the poor mans Viagra, a standard mix is a 1/4 teaspoon in a litre of water and drink through the day, I mix at a bit stronger as I only take it first thing in the mornings, but as they say every little helps .

                    I get good nocturnal erections that wake me up, and lots of morning woods not bad for a guy who will soon be hitting 70.

                    Reddev are your cold feet through Raynard's disease, I picked up the bit about Boric acid from earthclinic.com its a great site for all things natural and Ted on the rates it for Raynards disease, atken as a 1/4 teaspoon of powder in a litre of water and drink through the day, may take time to get working, I gert in my hands and its seems spring and early summer its gets me even though I take boric acid daily, but never get through the winter,

                    Dark chocolate can help your blood but just a couple of squares a day of 70% is best, and Green tea with lemon and honey is also an other thing that can help as all 3 are good for the blood, with good blood your get good erections.

                    Also from the UK but at the moment enjoying my house in Greece and for the first time to day the sun comes out and look down and its gone, bleeding weather.

                        Thanks for all the responses people, this is a very friendly place I must say. If Im honest the erections aren't really that bad as I can get really hard I can just lose the erection really quickly. The main problem is my ice cold toes and lately they are so bad they are starting to sting and hurt so I have booked a doctors appointment incase there is a bigger issue. I presumed it was just poor circulation effecting my whole body so if i could improve that it would address both my problems at the same time.

                        I do exercise frequently so I doubt it's that and I also don't think its rynauds disease as that seems be when toes/fingers go ice cold sporadically? mine are ice cold 24/7.

                        I was recommended the "5 G's" thread so I will be trying those supps and I was also recently informed that I was taking the french maritime pine bark incorrectly at only one dose of 150mg a day rather than three doses of 150mg so I may also try that again, just properly this time and finally I will obviously see what the doctor has to say next week.

                            My health is good, I don't know my blood pressure, 6.2" 205lbs about 16-17% BF don't know my test levels but I turn 32 in two weeks.

                            Don't eat healthy but don't smoke or drink.

                              Get your blood pressure checked. Visit a doctor to and tell him everything. Cold toes could indicate illness, but is generally a sign of poor blood circulation. Improving blood circulation could help out. Cardio exercise, adequate daily water intake, certain supplements.
