    Thanks for posting your journal. Ed is a very serious subject that I think Doctors tend to ignor because they feel it as being tedious for them to diagnose and help cure. I've been to the Dr. about 5 different times for ED and they just blow it off saying its nothing but psychological. I don't want to hear that crap I want to hear how to get over it. I'm 27 and have delt with it for a while through out my 20's which sucks! It has made my life miserable and depressing. I've been forced to settle with less attractive women because my self-esteem was so low. Now I know I have to beat this shitty curse called ED and people like you help us figure out how to do it. So thanks for that. I have finally came to the point to completely let my pride down and get as much help from others to overcome this disease. I am going to try all the supplements you have been using also. Where can I find these supplements? GNC? Thanks again bro.

      Hey buddy whats going on...

      Im just curious bc we share some of the same issues:

      What is your erection duration without stimulation like? As in when you/partner stops stroking/stimulating your penis, how long until you get flacid to a point where penetration is not possible?

        It depends......I think guys who have ED issues our age tend to have alot of psychological damage from a couple of situations when we were younger. Mine started once in hs, then i was okay. Then later i lived in another country because of the military and met a woman i really liked but didn't get to see much. The first time we were to do it....was a NO GO...she completely dissed me after that and started talking to another person in the military. That kinda F'd me up psychologically towards the subject. Most recently, two exes ago, I was taking dostinex and liquid cialis and I was fine, until i ran out of them. Then I had a short stint of ED which made her sad. She was very sexy tho so eventually I got it back and we had sex fine...actually more intense than before. The most recent girl, I had issues with. With psychological ED it really comes down to being comfortable/confident/happy with yourself COMPLETELY, but having a very healthy penis can't hurt which is why I'm here and I'm going to start taking supplements. When it comes to erection duration with out stimulation...it's not a long time...maybe a minute or two. Its this way because i start thinking neg thoughts as soon as I start thinking how long will my woody last. Hope that helped.

But you have to be comfortable with your partner while sex or Anxiety, ED's number one weapon will eat you alive! Noone can ever be completely comfortable with another person without being completely comfortable with themself. Get your penis healthy as you can and you will be more comfortable until your completely confortable. Next thing you know, you're confidence will grow and you will be happy again. Look at kingpole, from his posts it seems thats what he did. You'll get over this Shitty ED as long as you keep fighting! Good luck bro.

            I hear you man. I've been dealing with my ED from my early 20's. I totally envy those guys who can just sit back on a sofa and have their girl ride them while they sit there and relax. I can't do that! But things have been getting better since I started the 5G diet. I have seen improvement at times and have also noticed no improvement at other times. Another thing that has helped is reducing masturbation. I used to jerk off every day, but now I can go 2 or more days before I succumb to the urge. Here's my current diet and where I got the supplements. Keep in my mind I am in Japan.

            ginger: 1 slice minced 2 times per day, 1 morning, 1 night. Buy it fresh at the supermarket.
            green tea: 4 half teaspoons of green tea catechin (pure green tea powder extract), 2 morning, 2 night. Buy it at the supermarket
            ginko biloba: 60mg 2 times per day, 1 , 1 night. Bought at Costco in Japan 500 pills/$10
            garlic caps: 1000mg 2 times per day, 2 morning, 2 night (total 4000mg/day). From Walmart in the America
            Korean Ginseng: 100mg 2 times per day, 1 morning, 1 night. From Walmart in America
            Nitrc Oxidide Maximizer (l-arginine): 500mg 3 times per day, 1 morning, 1 afternoon, 1 night. From GNC in America (I will soon be switching to the l-arginine 500mg caps from Walmart)
            Cayenne Fruit: 40,000 STU. I take 1 cap an hour before sex. From Walmart in America

            Masturbation routine: generally attempt to go at least 1 whole day without masturbation after sex/masturbation. Minimum is 1 day and my maximum so far is 5 days. 5 days is a bit stressful so I try for at least 1 day and going 2 or 3 days is not uncommon and seems like a healthy balance for me.

              Hey Tommy,

              Okay, I was curious about this so I timed it with a stopwatch. While I was by myself I got myself to erection and just to the point where I was about to cum and then went hands off and started the stopwatch. I was in a standing position. When my cock had gone down to a (downward) 45 degree angle I stopped the watch. At this point my Erection Quality was an EQ4. To get to this point took 40 seconds.

              The random erections I've been getting in the evenings since I started this program last anywhere from 2 to 5 minutes. Those are great erections. I just wish I could get them when I'm with a girl. That is my ultimate goal in this program.

                Awesome man, just to say "things are getting better" means you're progressing. It's all about you and not giving up on yourself, I did that alot in the past. One day we'll sit back and say, "damn I defeated ED." Hey if you can defeat ED you can do anything, That's my motivation! Strong men find ways to overcome tough situations, even if it takes years.                     So like your jerking off and get hard, and then stop. So this would measure how long you have in between getting hard enough for sex and then actual penetration.

                      Still taking the 5G's and cycling off on the weekends. Since my last report haven't been abstaining from masturbation. Random wood has become pretty much non-existent.

                      Since one week ago I have bumped Ginko Biloba up to 3 tablets a day for a total of 180mg per day. I have not noticed any benefits yet.

                      I had sex with 5 different girls last week. I managed to have sex, but I could not keep a natural hard erection with any of them. This makes me feel sad. It takes so much effort to seduce women into bed. After all that work to have my cock just turtle up while I have a beautiful naked women rubbing herself all over me is just frusterating as hell!!!

                      Today I will go to China town to try to locate Icariin leaves (Horny Goat Weed). Has anyone had experience using these leaves (not taking the suppliment called Horny Goat Weed)?

                      13 more days until I hit the 3 month mark with the 5G diet. Results not looking good. The biggest result I had hoped for when starting this diet was to be able to get and keep a nice hard erection without stimulation when having sex with a woman. I have yet to experience this.

                        5G FINAL ANALYSIS:

                        - I did notice occassional, but not frequent random erections in the beginning and middle stages of the 3 month period
                        - I did notice occassional, but not frequent nor reliable (slightly) better erection quality during sex
                        - I did not notice bigger ejaculation volume
                        - I did not notice an increased sex drive

                        DID THIS DIET WORK FOR ME?

                        Overall, my main goal was to be able to get erections during sexual situations without having to touch myself. The 5G diet failed in this regard.

                        BIGGEST BENIFIT I GOT FROM THE 5 G DIET:

                        I learned that mincing up fresh garlic and eating it as is (swallowed it with water) was extremely effective for fighting off colds. When I felt a cold coming on I would eat 1 clove of garlic 3 times a day and it KILLED the cold dead in its tracks. When my immunce system gets weak I tend to get painful canker soars in my mouth. During this trial a big canker soar started to grow inside my mouth. I knew it was going to get big and painful. I started taking the fresh garlic 3 times a day, canker soar DEAD! I am extremely happy I discovered the power of garlic as I will no longer have to suffer through long drawn out colds and painful canker soars. For these results alone I am extremely grateful that I came accross the 5G diet.

                        FINAL RECCOMENDATION:

                        If you have similar ED to me (please refer to the first post of this log to see what kind of ED I have) and have no health problem like me then this diet is a waste of money and time. I am still open to the idea that it may work for some people who have mild ED or ED that is specifically caused by high blood pressure/poor health, however this diet did not work for me.

                          I'm going to try green tea.. and maybe cut down onmasturbation since it keeps coming up as a cause of ED. Thanks for your helpful log, keep up the good work on informing us.

                            Thanks for the updates. I experienced the same non-effect from these. I do not have ED, but did not notice any erection enhancing qualities.
