Should Hindi squats be done daily and if a person does hindi squats is there a need for normal reverse kegels?
What would be a good time amount to start holding hindi squats in? Should a person just try to stay in the position for as long as he can?
I understand that the point is to get as low as you can while your back is straight and do some deep breaths into your belly?
