  • Any help?!

    Since i started PE i've lost my morning wood. How can i get that back?

    12/11 NBPEL - 5.1, MSEG - 5
    01/13 NBPEL - 5.35, MSEG - 5.1

    01/16 NBPEL - 5.4, MSEG - 5.5
    Fat Pad = 1+/-

      I'm doing this routine :
      warm up
      basic stretching (left,right,straight out,up) with 25 kegels & 10 left turn +10 right turn with 20 heli spins
      wet jelq - 150 count
      edging -25 min~30 min7
      warm down

      I've seen an increase in my penis length. But my daily erection(rapid & involuntary without any jerking) & morning wood had gone since i started to PE. Erection only comes when i masturbate or provoke myself though not stays for long time. It starts to loose to flaccid very soon.
      I can't understand why it's happening to me? Is anything wrong?

        I advised to give it time. Patients is a virtue here. Kind of disappointed in that you aren't taking any advise.

            Yeah i posted because i changed my routine. Look at this patiently. But here my question is different. I want to get back my morning wood. Is it for any reason of PE? Should i continue or stop?

                    2. Numbness

                    Positive:

                    Now kindly anyone tell me how can i get all that positive PI's & get relief from negative PI's?

                      If in fact your negative PI's came after you started your routine, then I would suspect that as the problem. In that case I would lower your routine some and then slowly build it back up. This would give your body some time to adjust to the new routine.

                        I dont see a problem here honestly. Something as simple as loss of morning wood could just be an indication of fatigue.

                            You are right. It came after i started PE. As you're saying i already cut it out. I don't pressurize on my penis anymore. I'm doing now 1 day on 1 day off routine. Still i haven't got back my morning wood. Also progress is very slow. Please suggest me how do i re-build my routine?
