  • 200mg viagra

I have been using viagra for 15 years now.I started with 50mg,then after a couple if years 200mg and now 15 years later I'm lucky if 200mg works.I have tried cislis and all the family of drugs and no really joy unless I double the dose.I concerned regarding the long term affects. My doctor told me the next move is the injection that I don't really fancy because where do you go when that won't work?Apparently I'm physically OK and I meditate and use hypnosis to relax.Any suggestions would be appreciated.

      Hi,

Any way you can stop Viagra for a month or 2?

Give your body some time to flush, cleans etc...

During your Viagra hiatus, perhaps do a fasting/cleans for a few days to a week?

All in all it's a very very small % of your life time wise.

Cheers for that.Sounds like a good idea.
With regards to further medical info, been tested for low levels of Testosterone etc and all fine.Been examined and have been told good blood supply. Been to see specialist and after further tests was recommended using injection that I really don't fancy.

Experiment with light compression rings. I call mine an o-ring as it is not designed for what I do with it, but it is a sort of makeshift cock ring. It is relatively thick, I fit it over my shaft and balls - it is a loose not constricting fit when first put on. The only time it provides some constriction is if I am aroused. I have found that it is the missing piece of the puzzle between being able to maintain an erection and having failure. The first conversation with your partner will be a little awkward, but after that it will be business as usual. Made a big difference for me. Make sure that it is a good fit and not too tight. Too Tight of a ring can cause injury if left on for too long.

            Not really enough info there.

What are your numbers, how old are you?

How is your blood pressure? Are you diabetic?

Do you smoke, do recreational drug? How's your mental health?

All of these could be contributing factors.
            How did I get here?

Well I was looking for Pygmy.com (I gotta thing for small people, so what), and ended up here.
And I've been here ever since.

Thanks for info regarding ring, sounds like a good idea. Will have a look.
I am 50 years old, blood pressure is 120 over 80 as I do take tablet to lower as it was 120 over 90.This is due to the fact I was diagnosed with early stages of type 2 diabetes 5 years ago and they like blood pressure to be no more than 120/80 . Unfortunately this is in the family so it's not a life style thing.Smoke 2 or 3 with a drink at weekend,no drugs.Have suffered anxiety but managed to control with meditation and hypnosis but none the less I know this can affect my erections especially when tired.

Are you by chance on a beta blocker for your blood pressure. They are notorious for causing ED as a side effect. My doctor tried several different combinations. When I was on one that was a beta blocker, the most gorgeous women in the world wouldn't have been able to get a rise out of my noodle. Investigate and let us know.

                  Hi,

                  Agreed, avoid it, no rush.

Perhaps adapt routines here for general penis health and well being.

There is an ED sub forum here which I'm sure will be very helpful.

You've come to the perfect place.

I'm unsure if suggesting the JP90 routine would be appropriate in your case but peruse the ED sub forum and see.

Any sort of penis/testicle centric exercise wouldn't hurt though.

If you're looking for a substitute that's not bogus and is more effective I'd consult this article here pretty much has all the information you need on what you're putting into your body, the side effects, and of course the active ingredients; which I hypothesize is the real problem. Your body most likely has grown a tolerance to the active ingredient Citrate. Considering this you might want to switch to Vardenafil. Best of luck brother, and as many have said avoid injections if your uneasy about them.

I have been diabetic for twenty five years and my ED started after the first 10 years. Elevated glucose levels causes plaque to build up in your arteries, Including the arteries in your penis. In addition, elevated glucose causes perepheral neuropathy - the desensitizing of nerve endings. including those in your penis as well as autonomic neuropathy which effects internal body functions, including the sex response.

What kind of A1c readings have you been experiencing? When 200 mg of Viagra no longer got the job done, I purchased a medical grade Vacume Errection Device (VED) which is a specially designed penis pump which allows you to slip on a tight constriction band around the base of your pumped up erection which maintains your erection; however, the constriction causes your erection to begin loosing sensativity after ten minutes and needs to be removed after 20 minutes.

A less expensive technique involves the use of a 1/2 inch rubber band doubled over and placed around your entire unit ( behind the balls). Lube is required.

i used Trimix injections for three years until they started to loose their effectiveness (a 2 hour 9+ erection). Injections are not as bad as you think. I would still be using injections had they not lost there effectiveness.

i recommend you check out franktalk.org which includes a lot of information on the use of injections and VEDs.

Hi,I want to thank everyone who has responded. Its really comforting to know I'm not on my own and there is some hope.
I will try the Vardenafil as alternative to viagra.
A couple more bits of medical iinfo. My blood sugars are usually between 6.6 and 7.5 most days.Obviously occasionally they can creep up.I do take a very low dose of beta blocker for anxiety but only take one in the morning so doubtful that would be to much of a problem.Diabetes may be getting a grip but according to the doctor,my levels are nothing compared with some patients so shouldn't be a problem.Im not of couse saying that these are not factors of my ED.I will of couse will look at the site and try some exercises as suggested and vac pump.Again thanks for advice and any other suggestions are much appreciated.
