My Doctor said its all in my head and he wouldn't give me anything. He said get some counselling, but then went on to say that the NHS doesn't provide this.

I've been to see him twice now, hoping for some help, but nothing. He even said "come back in a year". WTF?

In the following post you mentioned you're 99% sure your ED is due to anxiety. With all due respect I'd agree with your doctor in that you should be doing what you can to mitigate the problem at its source instead of resorting to such drastic measures as having to inject your penis to perform!

First i would like to say thanks for your help.
To answer your question, i've been running, going really heavy with the weights, eating the right food, trying to sleep better/longer, using my pump and doing a LOT of reading.
I would say the source of the problem is now fear, which means i'm not getting turned on and have not been for a long time now.

Also, i can't really remember the last time i felt really horny. My doctor checked my testosterone levels and said they were fine. I'm in the UK, so maybe these figures might not mean anything to you, but he said the normal test levels are anywhere between 8 and 28, mine was 21.7. So i'm thinking thats quite high for a 43 year old.
I'm not taking any drugs, don't smoke, but do vape a bit and i don't drink.
