  • Kegals

    Hi everyone,

I'm new to the forum and kinda new to PE as well. I started to do PE exercises few months ago mainly because I have erection quality issues. I heard kegels are great for improving erection quality, so I was wondering can I combine my PE exercises with flaccid kegels in a way that on the days I'm not doing the PE routine, I do flaccid kegels?

    Thanks in advance!

Some pe routines include kegels .
    Remember to include reverse kegels.

      Hi Pegasus,

      thanks for stopping by.

Yes, I have Erect Kegels in my PE routine but since my erection quality is not as I want it yet, I was wondering can I do flaccid kegels and like you suggested reverse kegels on my off days, when I'm not doing PE routine?

      Thanks a lot!

Yes but you have to watch total workload.

I always reccomend erect kegels as they work the muscles better. Start off with 5 kegels and hold them for 5 good, solid seconds. Then do 5 reverse kegels. Add 1 kegel per PE workout until you hit 50, then start the count over but do towel raises. As pEgasus said, workload is important. Too many kegels can be problematic so it's better to add intensity (longer holds, towel raises) to the kegels as opposed to volume (more reps).

Ok, thanks guys, this helps a lot. That is exactly how I do erect kegels, holding for 5 seconds and that counts for 1 rep. I can keep erection for 3 reps of 5 seconds and then I need to get myself restimulated. Is that ok?

Yees that's normal in this situation, good luck with. Just keep the mus les relaxed after training and allow your body to make those gains, stay cool

You will need to re stimulate to an extent, but if you find your self doing it a lot then you may want to consider finding the etiology because the ability to maintain erections without constant stimulation (good EQ) is very important for PE.

I'm very aware that I don't have so good EQ, that is why I started doing PE exercises in the first place and I want to get my erection back as I had it 10 years ago, now I'm 34.
In my regular routine I do 20 to 25 erect kegels per session which last 5 seconds each, and yes I'm struggling to maintain the erection while doing them, so I restimulate myself. I do my PE exercises every other day, and that is why I though if it would be good to do flaccid kegels on my days off, when I'm not doing PE routine. My goal with that is to make my EQ better and harder. According to your experience guys, is that a good idea?

It can be. As long as you aren't over working. Always do reverse kegels also.

Ok, so what would you suggest, how much flaccid and reverse kegels should I do on my days off the PE routine, and still not to over work PC muscles?
                      Thanks in advance!

Start with 25 2 second holds. Slowly add a few each week until doing 50. Do the same number of RKs.
