    Hey all,

    Just saw this forum and I wish I had known earlier. Anyways, I've been suffering from ED for 1 year and would like some opinions on what I should do.


    Summary:
    Age - 24
    Height - 178 cm
    Weight - 63 Kg

    Symptoms:
    Weak morning erections
    No erection without porn
    Decreased sex drive
    Premature ejaculation
    Decrease in penis size (this one hurts lol)

    I just got my blood test results:

    Total Testosterone - 17.2 nmol/L (11.5 - 32.0)
    SHBG - 20 nmol/L (11.0 - 78.0)
    E2 - 27 pg/ml (10.0 - 40.0)
    Prolactin - 638 mIU/L (40.0 - 450.0)

    Thyroid - TSH - 1.6 mIU/L (0.40 - 3.80)

    Heart and Lungs are good.

    No diabetes, no history of injuries.

    Yes, the T is low but the Doctor said it's good. So no TRT.

    Is high Prolactin causing low T and ED?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    EDIT: Is it recommended to do PE exercises/ Kegels etc if you've ED?

    Sorry to hear this.. You are too young to experience such things..

    I'm not a doctor, but yea PE could help if you give it a try. Then there is another approach towards overall health.

    Have you tried resistance training? Lifting heavy weights is a great way to increase testosterone and increase circulation etc..

    Do some reading. There is lots of good info on here about ED and the recommended workouts. You can definitely increase the size and strength of your erections with just some daily dedication. Just doing JP90 could get you back on track.

      How often are you fapping to porn?

      Porn and over masturbation is the most common erection and libido killer in young people, though most people don't realize it.

        Hey Michael !

        Welcome to the Gym.

        It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

        I have severe ED (diabetic) and found that Jelquing helped to improve my semis but did not reverse the ED. With less severe ED, jelqing mY indeed improve erection quality.

        Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft.
