  • I guess it could be mental?

Hi guys I haven't posted here for a while now mainly because I am trying to get on with other things and not worring about my erection all the time. Anyway so finally I got results from the tests I had done and my blood, Testerone etc all came up fine, I am totally healthy. So I guess this means they're can't really be a real problem physically with my penis? I do feel a bit better getting the results back my GP basically said because everything came up normal no further tests are needed. Thinking about recent times I have been getting erections okay (it's keeping them that I seem to have an issue with) and I still don't get morning wood much, maybe 1 or 2 times a week.

Anyway has anyone else had a simular experience?

    Thanks

I would think geting morning wood 1 or 2 times a week is fairly normal, how old are you?

I could but I have already been to my GP quite a few times and had tests done. I guess I could find another GP and get a second opinion or something.

I am 25 years old. It varies some weeks I don't work up with an erection, sometimes I wake up days in a row erect. Strange.

For a long time, like maby 10 months, I didnt get morning wood, I think it was do to very bad diet, lots of drinking and a horibly intense PE routine, Now that I have changed my diet, begain working out 4 times a week, doing proper PE exercises and talking proper supplements, I have began to get my morinign wood back and just yesterday I popped a spontanious boner outta nowere, It was great lol, Maybe you just need a few lifestyle changes like diet or exercise or somthing

Hey UKGuy, this is obviously bothering you, and from your posts it seems that is has been for some time. Chronically worrying about this could very well be a psychological cause of the problem. But no one here can answer that for you. Why don't you ask your GP to refer you to a urologist who specializes in ED? They can do whatever tests are necessary to answer your question, then you can get on with fixing the problem once you're sure of the cause. Finding out there is nothing physically wrong may be all you really need.

Since you can get an erection, but just can't maintain it, I would try some supplements (erection tea, KP's 5Gs, etc); over the counter erection aids such as Rock Hard Weekend ( works for me sometimes); or Viagra (25mg). All you need is one good experience to prove you still have it to get you through this temporary psychological block. You don't have anything to lose and everything to gain. It has done it for me on many occasions.

                  Hey,

I dont know your story but I will read your posts. Here is what I wrote to another member who had similar concerns also:

Originally posted by Radiohead View Post

There is quite a special connection between the brain and the penis. Your state of mind and mood have a HUGE impact on your dick. You are simply in a bad state of mind (for your penis). It's difficult for me to explain this, but here's what I mean: If you act all frustrated, nervous and paranoid, you will not have a good erection. Good erections happen when you are in the right state of mind. For example, if you are not horny whatsoever and somebody were to tell you to get an erection, obviously it wont be very hard. If you are SUPER horny and you are with a hot girl, your erection will be rock hard.

So right now, you do not have any physiological issues with your penis (your injury is not serious enough). Take a few more days/weeks off. Here is what you should do: do not think about your penis whatsoever. Ignore him completely. Do not think about PE, do not think about anything. Eventually, in a few days, you will get really horny. The hornier you are, the harder your erection will be. So, when you feel like masturbating/having sex, simply do it. Don't think about your erection quality or anything like that.

Try to think of a good time you had with your penis. Think of a time when you had sex with a really hot chick, or when you jerked off and it felt amazing. Try to remember how your penis felt, how your body felt, the emotions you felt...think of a huge orgasm you once had...before you injured yourself, how was your penis. If you are able to get into the right state of mind, your erection will come back.

It may seem a little abstract, but this is how the penis and mind work together. When the time comes, you will know when you're ready to PE. But for now, you just need to relax, forget about the whole thing, take a warm bath, think about something else...and I repeat, you do NOT have permanent injuries due to using a hard grip, it happens to everybody.
Hope this could be useful to you.

That last post really made me feel normal for a bit. I have serious obsessions (OCD) when it comes to erectile dysfunction and injuries. I know deep down that there's nothing wrong with me, but the second my penis acts normal (but not normal in my mind) ie lose my erection during sex occasionally I turn right to venous leak or something crazy like that. What I am trying to say here is its normal to occasionally lose your erection or say when you stop stimulation and your mind automatically goes... "well here it goes its gonna go down fast without stimulation" then its gonna go down. everyone here without serious diagnosed "rare" disorders, me included, need to be honest with eachother and not act like our penis' should be large and rock solid. stop making up stories if you are and just be honest with each other. if everyone was then we wouldnt have all this worry. WE ARE NORMAL. relax and play Ps4 with me.
