    Hi all,

    Looking for some guidance for improving my EQ.
    Im 21. Just graduated college, played four years college soccer, eat healthy, exercise a lot.


    I want to improve my EQ mainly, and then of course how long I last. I am happy with the size of my penis, but bigger definitely wouldnt be a bad thing. I have difficulty getting an erection when drunk sometimes. This is due to me giving myself PIED a few years back. (Look at my other thread on my account for my whole backstory and my struggles/successes with ED).


    - My erection angle is definitely no more than 9:30 on a clock (honestly can't remember if it has even been higher, never paid attention until my shit stopped working), and I can't hold an erection without stimulus well. When I have sex I always penetrate with the woman on top, because I have difficulty maintaining an erection in any position except lying on my back. However once I get going with the sexy time my erection is here to stay. I also suffer from PE, but I have been having some success with the fleshlight as far as I can tell. Been working on getting rid of my involuntary kegels by doing reverse kegels.

    So my question to all you knowledgeable people is, what should I be doing? I am looking for a regimented routine for going forward.

    I am almost 2 weeks into JP's 90 day beginner routine, but I am unclear if I should be jelqing with a partial erection or not. I also take L-tryptophan to hopefully increase my receptor density, and L arginine, ginko balba (i forget how its spelled) and american genseng (the last two alternating for the most part) to help with circulation. I edge with my fleshlight, but I'm not sure how often I should be doing this, and if I should ever be ejaculating. My biggest goal is to be able to always get hard, drunk or not, and then once I get there, I can really focus on stamina.

    There is no such thing as too much info. Should i jelq standing, what is the best jelqing technique (erect or flaccid, v jelqs or no, etc..), how often should i stretch my penis and what is the best routine for that, what kegels (reverse/front) should I be doing/how many, any good stretches? ( i have been doing a lot of deep squat-type stretches.)

    Also noticed I have gotten a slight curve to the left since I started jelqing... I should just jelq to the right to stretch out the left side of my wiener to correct this right?

      Keep doing the reverse kegels and Hindi squats. You might stop all regular kegels for about 3 weeks . Then add them back in.
      Jelqs should be done at partial erection. About 30-60%.
      Go to the START HERE button at the top left of the page. Read everything.
      JP90 is a great routine. Stick with it.

        Yes you might want to jelq against the curve. You might have been inadvertently squeezing too hard the other way.

            Pegasus, no I have not had a horomone test, do I go to a urologist for this?

            I have been taking L-trypophan, l arginine, american genseng, and ginko biloba as well.

            I actually had sex for like 25 minutes a few days ago, which was unreal for me. I am attributing this increase to my fleshlight edging, but I want to keep working to the point where I can get rock hard erections no problem sitting standing lying down etc.

            My current plan is to continue with the JP 90 days thing, and edge with my fleshlight. I read somewhere on PEgym that it is a good idea to edge immediately after PE, should I be doing this every time?
