My problem is ,as noted in title, I cant get or maintain erection without constant touching. I am 27 yo, no health issues etc. I reduced MO and smoking dramatically and almost quit porn altogether for last month. Porn consumption was very low last months since Ive been experiencing this too (not only last month). I had some problematic habits for masturbating such as prone masturbating(never done again for 1 year) and need to kegel/clench muscles as I stimulated myself. I hardly got full erect for orgasm by this method and sessions were very quick. I was afraid of venous leak but I get morning wood here and there even tho they are not %100 (maybe %80 etc) and they fade away as I stand up. Considering this I disregarded venous leak possibility but want to know if you think it is possible. As I searched forums I strongly believe it might be a pelvic floor issue. Those muscles should be both weak and tight. I also still cant keep myself from doing little clenches during masturbation so I orgasm quickly. When I try reverse kegels during M I cant get erect properly and I dont know how to solve this. I really want to know your opinions on this and also want to see if other guys experienced this and solved the issue.
