    Hey Pegym members!

    Let me start off by telling you a little about my life. I'm in my late teens, will be turning 19 in November. I'm pretty active, I play soccer(football) multiple times per week and also make it my duty to lift at the gym at least 5 times a week. My erections have always been strong, usually being able to handle 2-3 sessions of sex in a Row with my girlfriend. However over the past week and a half I've noticed my erections dwindling. When lying in bed with my girlfriend I never get hard anymore and I have a hard flaccid which is much smaller than normal.

    As far as solutions go what are your suggestions? Should I let it rest for a week? Or should I begin a kegel routine? I have done kegels before but never seriously and I recently started reading back up on them. It seems as though reverse kegels and regular kegels treat completely different things so I would like some advice before starting a kegel routine because the last thing I want to do is make it worse.

    Maybe you just need some rest and make sure you sleep enough.
    ...kegels/RK are great in any case.

      Also my erections on top of being more rare aren't as strong as they used to be

        If this is a sudden development can you think of anything which occurred immediately before the problem which might be a contributing factor?

              I also agree it could be emotional. My girlfriend and I had about a 3 week period where we were going through a lot and I was always stressed or upset. And like you said I had abnormal digestive function. My gf and I are good now but maybe I am still coming down from that tormenting experience?

                Stop watching porn.
                Do reverse kegels and Hindi squats for 3 weeks.
                After 3 weeks do kegels 20% reverse kegels 80%.
                Deep meditative breathing.
                Learn to relax.

                  Hi Stress is one of the main sex killers and is the main cause of many illness's that it can bring on, stress is a very powerful thing, try taking a complete break from sex give you body time to reboot.

                  Your find that meditation is a great way to distress yourself so it may pay you to get in to the art of meditation, you can google stress and meditation for some reading, but you may find it best to see if you can find a local group to help you into the art of meditation, it could be your best way to go.

                  But for now keep off masturbating and any sexual contact with your women, but do explain why tel her its a way of healing your body to help you both have a better sexual relationship, and from what your saying it may pay her to get into meditation as well, you start you day doing a half hour of meditation and then when ever you feel stress coming on just go and do some meditation to lower your stress level, could work for both off you. OK
