Hello PEGym viewers, I turn my message to you as I'm completely desperate in looking for an answer to cure my ED.


Who am I? I am a 23 year old man, personality wise a very happy, outgoing, confident dude. I have no problem walking up to girls, dating them, going for sex. But every time I have sex I just can't get it up.


I tried to solve the ED with nofap, viagra, having sex with different girls to see if that's the problem, a testosterone test to see if my test levels were fine (seem to be normal). Still I just don't get horny. This is not different for when I'm home, I don't use porn as an escape or I'm not attracted to other gender at all. Like I have no desire for sex. Yes sounds alot like aseksuality altough that's not what I'm aiming for in life, I want to have a wife and kids one day that I can love you know... It botters me A LOT because I do want a relationship, I want to have a partner and make love with her.


So when I'm with a girl and we're about to have sex, even when she orally pleases me, it doesn't get hard. My dick remains very soft. When I have sex, I really LOVE the girl, it just doesn't show and it's very annoying. It's not gonna be anxiety related, as I said, I have no problem initiating sex and talking openly to the girls I'm suppose to have sex with about this. Altough I cannot explain them what exactly it is that stops me.


So what can I try more to solve this problem? What could solve it besides the things I've already tried. Sounds radical but what about testosterone injections, anyone tried that already? Open for any possibilities.

Have you tried asking a doctor about this, perhaps they can do some tests like checking your hormones or inducing an erection to see if the problem is physical or mental.

What were the numbers on the hormone test ? Never ever settle for : "normal"

Sounds like a venous leak. But if you can get it up solo and if you are having good nighttime and morning wood, then its not a venous leak.

Hey man, thanks for reaching out. Uhm, the problem started around age 19. Oke, haven't mentioned this one but when I was very young they circumcised me for medical reasons. There I might have lost a lot of feeling to stimulation yes. But I just also have that feeling that I just can't be horny, just really not sex driven, so that still has to be something else. I can really with lot of certainty say it's not anxiety based. Therefor I'm to straightforward, I WOULD have an amazing sex life or already an amazing relationship of this didn't happen.

I discovered porn when I was 16, watched it until age 21. Never very often, I could get hard erections yes altough without alot of feeling. Nofap I did first for few weeks, than months after that +1 year. But I had the feeling the problem became bigger. After nofap for more than a year my libido was just non existent. Hey, thank you for this idea. I'll see a doctor for further investigation as it is really bothering me and blocking any relationship with girls. For hormones, besides testosterone, what other hormones should I get checked? Do you have an idea about this? I believe it has to be something physical, or maybe something where my brain isn't wired correctly ;D.

Hey, I will look for my paper with results again. Now, I know the numer out of my head and it was 23,04 but don't ask me further details. I'll post the exact number with right measure / scale tommorow.

Thanks for responding. I don't have night or morning wood. Sometimes I have random erections during the day but never completely hard. I didn't think about this option before and it's great you mention it. Symptons are indeed very similar to what I experience. I'll mention this when I go to my doctor. And I'll certainly check the website!

Hah that's a great option too and good to mention this. Altough it's not right that I don't get this with ANY girl. Not even the girls that are physically and personality wise attractive to me. I go to bed or try to have sex with girls I really love and highly attracted to, but still nothing happens and that's annoying. Altough, I believe the hearth is the right way to direct your life and to find meaningful relationships in life, so thanks!

hi, I'm not the owner of the thread but what do you think about my results? I'm 23years old and i think these are really low for my age

Sbhg = 14,2 normal range is 13,2 to 89,5 Man from 20y to 50y

Free testosterone= 11,613 normal range 3,4 to 24,6 Man from 17 to 40y

Total Testosterone= 390,23 normal range from 175 to 781 Man from 18 to 66y
